They could not care less about their customers. I have used…read morethem since the bought out the pens oil store. Service has been ok, but expensive. I pulled up to the empty service bay ( no other customers) and waited for someone to direct me into the service bay. A guy came out of the office and walked over to the refrigerator and got a bottle of water. He crossed back in front of me, never acknowledged me. He went over to lean on the open window into the office. I waited a couple minutes and left.

So problem I have ran in to this before, just rotate tires then. So I walked around for about 15min, went back to the Auto Care Center still no tires have been swapped over. I understand people get behind, dumb things happen you don't plan for. So I sat in the Care Center for another 45min.... Someone finally came out and said the "lift wouldn't pick my truck".No big deal...So I asked if they had a floor jack they said "we tried it and it was wobbly." So this is the point I am starting to wonder how much training have they had???.. So I asked "Do you have jack stands???" Tech- "Yea they have jack stands". But for some reason I really didn't care to remember they didn't want to use them.... First time trusting Walmart with my truck, it's going to be the last time.

The staff was friendly and didn't try to up charge me or sell me anything that was not needed. It's a drive-through, so I did not have to get out of my car and wait. I was in and out in 10 minutes on a Saturday! Overall, this was the most enjoyable oil change experience I've ever had, and I paid half of what I normally pay at Valvoline. I will for sure be coming back for my next oil change!
