Checked my tire pressure and the tire sensors and put air into each tire. I was going to have them rotate my tires but the guy suggested that wasn't needed at that time. They took very good care of me. There was no pressure to do anything extra and they put the air in my tires free of charge. I cannot recommend this place enough. If I lived in this area, I would always let them service my vehicle. Very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. So thankful to them for helping me and making my trip much better.

I pulled up to the empty service bay ( no other customers) and waited for someone to direct me into the service bay. A guy came out of the office and walked over to the refrigerator and got a bottle of water. He crossed back in front of me, never acknowledged me. He went over to lean on the open window into the office. I waited a couple minutes and left.

I understand people get behind, dumb things happen you don't plan for. So I sat in the Care Center for another 45min.... Someone finally came out and said the "lift wouldn't pick my truck".No big deal...So I asked if they had a floor jack they said "we tried it and it was wobbly." So this is the point I am starting to wonder how much training have they had???.. So I asked "Do you have jack stands???" Tech- "Yea they have jack stands". The staff was friendly and didn't try to up charge me or sell me anything that was not needed. It's a drive-through, so I did not have to get out of my car and wait. I was in and out in 10 minutes on a Saturday! Overall, this was the most enjoyable oil change experience I've ever had, and I paid half of what I normally pay at Valvoline.
