We came here for the Tree Love Vibes music festival and disc golf tournament. It was an absolute…read moreblast. The grounds are stunning. We watched giant turtles swim around as the sun set. The music was phenomenal. No one was put off by all of the thunderstorms that raged just hours before and threatened to return. There were porta potty's to use all over the grounds, most of them pretty clean. We enjoyed sitting on the dock as the moon rose and sleeping by the water in our truck. The cable park looks pretty janky, maybe not very well attended. There appears to be a fun floating inflatable/bouncy obstacle course, but no one was ever there to operate it. Highly recommend coming here for a swim, disc golf, and a picnic.

I want to give a shout-out to the staff of Island Adventure Watersports. We just finished a…read moretwo-hour jet ski tour and had a great time! The staff proved to be considerate, professional, and cordial even in the face of some customers who did not extend the same courtesy. One of the scheduled parties was running late. The staff called the party several times to give them grace and the opportunity to make the tour. That was above and beyond expectations and quite courteous, especially considering the policy outlined in the booking verification email. That party was able to participate because of that kindness. Once the tour got going, my spouse and I fell a bit behind. Yet, one staff member waited and led the way without complaint. She checked in with us and also recognized quickly when we later lost a hat (we were able to retrieve it, fortunately). She circled back to get us. At one point, a customer got stuck in some trees. The two staff members coordinated with one another to help the stuck individual and still attend to the rest of the group. The staff also had to contend with folks repeatedly ignoring safety protocol, yet kept their cool in the face of these circumstances. Our trip was great in spite of the hiccups caused by other parties, and the staff get full credit for making this tour as awesome as it was! Thank you for a memorable, fun, and unique experience! He provides a great hangout for the bike community to get to know each other and raise funds for charity or fallen riders. When I needed CWR, they came through. I wrecked my bike and needed to send it to a shop I trusted. Everyone I asked recommended CWR. Chad immediately took my bike in and looked at the damages. The service from beginning to end was so smooth and fast. I felt great knowing my bike was in great hands. Once CWR and my insurance worked everything out, I bought another bike from Chad. THIS IS BY FAR THE WORST COMPANY MY FAMILY HAS EVER HAD AN EXPERIENCE WITH! First off, when…read moreboarding the pontoon boat a worker informed us where the lifejackets were and where things were incase the coast guard once again pulled over one of their boats, apparently last time their boat was checked out by coast guard not enough life jackets were onboard for the current occupants. THEN, not only did the pontoon boat completely stop working after 40 minutes out on the water (out of the three hours we rented it for), but the workers (while pleasant) took almost two hours to get us back and docked. Did I mention one of them also CRASHED the pontoon boat into another boat that was docked while bringing us back?? Hardly what I would consider a light crash either! My family and I were willing to overlook the whole fiasco when they offered to give us a refund or swap out our wasted time for jet skis the next day. We happily accepted the jet skis, HOWEVER were informed the next day neither offer was possible as "the employee who offered us that was not authorized to do so," according to the manager. While the workers were pleasant enough, the manager had a horrible attitude and ended up refunding my family only 20% of the $500 rent, even though we only used the pontoon boat for 40 minutes out of 3 hours. Manager also accused my family of breaking the boat WHEN HER OWN EMPLOYEES COULDN'T GET IT TO WORK AND SAID THE BATTERY DIED BECAUSE THEY HAD WASHED THE BOAT EARLIER WHILE PLAYING USING ITS BLUETOOTH SPEAKERS AND THE ENGINE WAS OFF! By far the WORST experience we've EVER had with a company -- horrible customer service, zero empathy, and a lack of boat knowledgeable workers (by the manager's own admission). The workers themselves were at least far more friendly, but customers are punished for workers' mistakes and faulty equipment. In case a similar incident happens to you, I strongly suggest going to ANY OTHER COMPANY! When something goes wrong the manager claims ZERO fault to avoid refunding people. DISHONEST, CORRUPT COMPANY!
