Their many apartments - in different parts of the city - are carefully furnished and extremely well taken care of. We found the other renters all to be considerate, private and quite folks and we felt quickly "at home". All staff has always been efficient and most helpful. The kind owner of the rental company even welcomed us in person to both apartments. I called them just two days before needing a space for a few hours and they accommodated me without a problem. The whole reservation process was very casual; I just gave them my name and number and I paid in person once I made it onsite. Due to Covid, they were only taking vaccinated guests at the time. The space itself was nice, nothing fancy or extravagant but it definitely got the work done! The kitchen was clean and fully equipped with coffee and appliances. The private office I used had everything I needed, but it felt a little dark/closed up at times. My partner used one of their offices with a view of the street and the light situation was much more enjoyable there.

This newly renovated space is great with a variety of workspace options - from dedicated office spaces to community desks and stand up workstations. In addition, there is a community kitchen with fridge, microwave, and toaster oven. Also, a beautiful conference room available for meetings. This space looks like it might just be the perfect fit for my alternative work lifestyle. And, at $20 a day for drop-in's, definitely reasonable enough for me to give it a try and I can't wait!

In a rush to find a decent place after moving across several states, I needed somewhere that would feel like home and be close to my new job. I couldn't have been more wrong about this place. The manager is incredibly dishonest--telling outrageous stories about soundproofing above the apartment and claiming she couldn't discuss the lease agreement because it was against policy. Seriously? That's a new one. The noise level is unbearable, the stairwell reeks and the trash can outside is constantly overflowing with garbage. And if that wasn't bad enough, there's even been police activity, which I have on video! It's been a nightmare. Trust the reviews--this place is not worth the money. Luxury apartments? Far from it. What a joke!

Not only will you hear every noise from all of your neighbors (including the sound of slippers across the floor) you will physically feel the vibrations of movement. Your body will shake, water glasses on a table will shake, any magnitude of an earthquake and this place is gone with how atrocious the construction is. Rules are arbitrary, and never enforced. Don't count on getting your security deposit back because of their holding policy. It became a running joke how many extra unnecessary superficial fees are tacked on to the rent payments. Management has truly drank the Kool-Aid. Also be prepared for your nose to be assaulted by the ungodly smells that emanate every time you walk through the building. If I could go back in time and slap myself out of renting an apartment at this place, I'd gladly put myself in a slap competition. Your money is better used by burning it for heat than to pay rent here.
