I loved SoPoCo. Works and totally recommend them to anyone that's looking for a quiet place to get some work done for the day or a long-term office to work out of. I called them just two days before needing a space for a few hours and they accommodated me without a problem. The whole reservation process was very casual; I just gave them my name and number and I paid in person once I made it onsite. Due to Covid, they were only taking vaccinated guests at the time. The space itself was nice, nothing fancy or extravagant but it definitely got the work done! The kitchen was clean and fully equipped with coffee and appliances. The private office I used had everything I needed, but it felt a little dark/closed up at times. My partner used one of their offices with a view of the street and the light situation was much more enjoyable there. read more

As someone who is actively contemplating a work from home job, learning about the opening of SoPoCo works was very exciting. I dropped in to visit the new shared co-working space during their open house. This newly renovated space is great with a variety of workspace options - from dedicated office spaces to community desks and stand up workstations. In addition, there is a community kitchen with fridge, microwave, and toaster oven. Also, a beautiful conference room available for meetings. This space looks like it might just be the perfect fit for my alternative work lifestyle. And, at $20 a day for drop-in's, definitely reasonable enough for me to give it a try and I can't wait! read more

Hands down best place, stop looking don't cross the bridge where you will pay double and won't even have parking spot. James has everything from day use desk to monthly desks to private offices. Due to my work I needed lockable private office. Ample free parking. This is a 24 hour facility no keys needed, ur thumb print will get u in. I could not say enough about the owner, super cool super chill, respectful. I loooooooooved my office, made me feel like. A baller, yes I said it, yes I'm a total dork and no I don't care. His prices we're literally half of snooty Porltand places. Just go there first, save ur time. Give him your money, I believe he puts young local tens to work, he seems super community minded. My office was warm, bright and honestly 2 peeps could have fit but it would have been tight... I got an office and a week later my girl got one, we felt so cool and we were there about 1 yr. They have a kitchen......oh and everyone always talks about download speeds, but when ur running 4 k video for meetings u need that upload.... He was in the upper 800s and steady AF upload primo glass internet. We are leaving this week we finally got a house we will miss James and will miss feeling like ballers. read more

This place is fantastic! The space is recently renovated with beautiful wood floors and handcrafted tables. They have a conference room, a community kitchen, multiple bathrooms, a PODCAST room and the holy grail- PARKING! (and lots of it). Unlike similar spaces in Portland, SoPoCo offers a quiet environment where you can really get your work done! It is incredibly clean and has a calming feel to it. There is definitely a home away from home vibe here. Picture the comfort of your own home- but without the constant distractions!
