I'm very particular about my eyebrows when it comes to getting them done and she did phenomenal. Exactly what I asked for, she did with no problem. I asked if she had sugar wax for a Brazilian due to me being allergic to regular soft and hard wax, she literally offered to schedule me for another day just so she could go get sugar wax, just to accommodate me. That's exceptional customer service and she for sure is my new brow lady in Charlotte. Been here 7 years from New York and finally found someone who does them exactly right.

I visited CoCo Yoni Lounge, with one my favorite people on yesterday and let me tell you, it was a…read morepleasurable experience! First let me say that we were supposed to come a month ago, but we had to reschedule, due to death of a loved one. Brittany, the owner, was very accommodating and understanding. For both my friend and I, this visit couldn't have come at a better time. Let's just say I had a medical issue that morning and was hoping this visit would cure my ailments; It Did! Christy, who assisted us, asked us about our medical history and based on what we were dealing with, she chose herbs that would treat those issues. This is TMI, but I was dealing with hemorrhoids and trapped gas that morning and thought I was going to the hospital. Before we got there, I was gently sitting due to the pain, when I left I had no pain at all. As a matter of fact the hemorrhoids shrank! Unbelievable! Christy was great! She was very educated on the herbs and their purpose. She was very attentive to our needs and expected outcomes. The place is small, but intimate. There was good music playing, lit candles, and string lights. If I had to give it a strike for something, it would be the bathroom. It wasn't dirty, but it wasn't clean either. It didn't go with the vibe, of the rest of the place. Will I return, of course, it is worth the money.

First time booking, but unfortunately I was unable to receive the service I booked. Two of us…read morebooked two separate appointments for the same service and same date/time days prior. The business website allows you to select a time slot which we did with no problem. The day before the appointment I received a text message which stated this slot (4:30pm) is unavailable due to it being the time our assigned staff usually"picks up her son" and "has no other transportation" arrangements. She also stated that the other staff member would only be available at 6pm. Forcing us to pick another day and time, which we were unable to do at this time. If there is no staff available for certain time slots it should not be available for clients to select. Slots were available for 4:30pm and 5:30 pm. But this was false. Also two of us booked appointments for this slot separately, but I was the ONLY one notified. I asked out of curiosity if she was planning to notify the other client or if she needed me to (since I knew her) and she stated "you can notify her" after 10pm she reported that she would send my friend an email, which my friend never received. Needless to say we requested a refund. Poor customer service! Poor customer

She doesn't even deserve 1 star…read more This lady that owns the business The Skin Suite her name is Leann Williamson. She is very very rude and unprofessional. Due to my loyalty I have brought her place of business lots of money in the past two years every 10/12wks I showed up for years straight and now bc my aesthetician was let go, and I had a gift card on file. She will not refund my money. Again, I am loyal to my people so since my aesthetician is not there anymore, I want to take my hard earned money somewhere else. On the certification agreement, it does not state there is an expiration date and or that it's nonrefundable Or that I need to spend equal value with her product's. She is in the wrong by being spiteful to her ex employee clients. She is not professional. Do not waste your time with her or your hard earned money. She has just now completely removed me from her system so I could not leave a review on her Vargo page. See how petty and immature and unprofessional she's acting! All I want is a refund. I have actually never spoke with or seen this lady really as long as I visited the business. I was there to support and get services from a friend of mine that was a 1099 but got treated and taxed like a regular employee.. kinda fishy maybe even some illegal shady stuff. So I called recently to ask for a refund and she texted back and responded with "her policy states bs" as screenshotted down below. All I want is my refund Leann. I don't even know you. Stop being spiteful to Brittany's clients that brought your business money and support. Please do what's right!
