The associate at Smoke Ringz was unfamiliar with the product and said they did not carry it. Confused, I called Vape Ringz across the street to ask if I was mistaken about them carrying the product. The man who answered at Vape Ringz (referring to the Smoke Ringz associate) said "Oh, she's just a stupid *****." Taken aback, I told the Vape Ringz associate that he should not speak that way about his coworker. He responded by shouting "Oh yeah, well what are you going to do about it?" in an extremely aggressive and violent tone. I will NEVER buy anything from Smoke Ringz or Vape Ringz ever again. I've had problems with their associates being rude before, but never aggressive or border-line violent like this. I just feel terrible for the Smoke Ringz associate that the Vape Ringz associate insulted.

I walk in the store, the stock and selection of just about every need,whim,want and didn't know I could get is in this store. Clean, well organized and Immensely helpful, courteous man named Sam. Thank you for all your help, I will definitely be back regularly. They even carry insense, candles and burners for your smoking ambience and covers the scent. Moved to Matawan from Belleville, and was always close to Bergen county which has a plethora of high end cigar lounges. I always try to give local business my money so i googled and found this place a few blocks away from y house. I walked in and got a once over that would make you go look for a mirror because something HAD to be wrong with me. I was in a rush so i ignored it. I told the old man what i was looking for and he pointed in the general direction. I asked if he had any suggestion and he told me, "Get whatever you want, it's all good." I had dinner in a few so took a shot in the dark and grabbed 5 or 6 different cigars. I went up to pay and i swear by the look on his face, he didn't even want me to spend my money there. I've never experienced such bad vibes and energy from someone whose establishment I was making a purchase at. i could have given my 90 dollars to someone who appreciated my business. Stay away, this guy needs an attitude adjustment. ASAP!
