She was open to my ideas, too, and mindful of environmental issues like keeping an eye out for foxtails in the grassy field. (They're a hazard for dogs.) She even appropriately body-blocked a loose dog that ran up on us with the skill of a pro dog trainer! She was super personable and created a comfortable and fun experience. The turnaround time was quick and I love the photos! She skillfully leveraged the golden hour lighting to create a soft and dreamy look that highlights my Golden's sweet personality, his playfulness and our dog-human relationship. He's about to turn 14 and I know he won't be around forever. That makes having these photos even more special. Thanks for the great snaps, Sammi!

My dad began researching photographers to capture our special day. Mily's work stood out and when reaching out we were met with kindness and knowledge.
