FINAL UPDATE - As…read morementioned to Suzanne I have no interest in continuing to banter back and forth as its getting us nowhere close to a remedy. Also, I would have NEVER waited 5 years before trying to reach out to her, so I'm confused as to why she continues to deny the fact that I sent her two emails immediately following our ceremony. If you review our pictures versus her other work, Stevie Wonder could see that the quality (lighting & clarity) was horrible. Suzanne stated that she is a professional and has been in business for many years, so why didn't she acclimate to the conditions of the church and/or rainy day? Quite simply I was requesting either a refund or the raw photos so my husband could see if he could modify at least a few photographs from our special day. Again, Suzanne doesn't seem interested in rectifying this situation hence my reasoning for continuing to stand behind my initial review. Finally, I say if you are hiring Suzanne to take your photographs for any special occasion proceed with caution if the conditions provided aren't perfect as she doesn't seem to be capable of acclimating (i.e. weather, lighting, clarity).

New to Fort Wayne, we came across stellar recommendations for Suzanne when searching for a…read morephotographer for some family photos. Suzanne was incredibly flexible with our schedule and requests for her to travel to our desired location. My two year-old would tell you that Suzanne is so nice and fun to work with! She was gentle, motherly and accommodating to our unwilling (to be photographed) newborn. She made multiple attempts to capture the specific poses, backgrounds, etc. that I requested while adding her own professional touch. She is a perfectionist in that she wants you to be completely satisfied and will go above and beyond to attain that satisfaction.
