Highly recommended! The office is beautiful and clean. I have to admit it's been a while since I went to dentist. I was a bit nervous before I got there. I kept on gagging when they put the x-ray thing in my mouth, but her staff was super patient with me and didn't force anything. Ultimately, it was a success and I was happy to see my "teeth pictures" on the computer with the use of their cameras. Dr. Patel was thorough in discussing my medical history, diet, brushing habits, etc. She was very patient with me through the exam and their hygienist is so thorough and gentle. I had spaces between my teeth, but my back teeth are perfectly fine, so I went to many dentists before and everyone advised for their most expensive treatment. Some said veneers, lumeners and Invisalign and crowns and on and on and on. I wanted to fix my spaces in and my insurance is not that great and does not cover braces. When I went to Dr. Patel, she suggested a procedure that was very cheap. It was a miracle. In no time my teeth looked like they do in the ads. They were perfectly formed!!! I have never been happier and can show my happiness with my amazing smile. I am so happy that I found Dr. Patel!!! So if you're reading this and you haven't made up your mind yet, give them a try you won't regret it because I didn't. I was always scared of going to a dentist but one of my upper tooth started to hurt a lot and I tried everything I could to get rid of pain. I tried a few over the counter pain killers but the pain kept coming back and that is when I knew I had to see a dentist. One of my friends recommended me Dr. Patel and I am glad I went there. She is a very down to earth, humble lady and she understood my fear of dental procedure and consoled me. She first diagnosed my problem by taking an xray. Even the person taking the xray was very gentle and humble. She then told me my tooth had a big infection and I needed to have a RCT and crown. She knew I was in severe pain and she put me on high dose of antibiotics and pain killers and within two three days my pain subsided. She also scheduled an earliest appointment for the RCT procedure. The day of the Root canal was very smooth. She finished the whole RCT in less than 45 minutes and I could not feel a thing. Its been two weeks post my procedure and I feel no more pain and I am not taking anymore medication. I also have my new crown and it looks just like a natural tooth. I am very glad and happy I went there and I would hands down recommend it to anyone who is looking for a loving, caring and passionate dentist. read more

I would highly recommend Dr. Patel. She focuses on what I want and I ask and try to do what's best for me. She takes away my negative stigma about dentists! I needed to fix some spaces between my teeth, but braces are not covered by my insurance and other methods are expensive and take a long time. However, Dr. Patel gave me the inexpensive and easy treatment and my smile has never looked better. I love my smile now and people started complementing me on my teeth. I was so amazed when I first came here. The doctor was very nice and patient, and answered all of my questions. The actual treatment was virtually painless and worked like a charm in removing my tooth pain. The day of the Root canal was very smooth. All I am going to say is this, there are some reviews here that are good and some reviews that are bad. This is my experience: The office would not file claims with my insurance company so I could get partial dentures. They said they would and they never did. You can call, beg, whatever, they apparently think that going without teeth is acceptable. Guess what? It isn't. Reading some of the other reviews, I can see that the problem lies with their ability to deal with insurance companies, which is beyond their expertise. So, speak with your plan and find somebody who is willing to file for you and you can avoid my problem. The thing is, I now know they really don't care about people, and that is kind of terrible. The insurance company is well-aware of my problems, having called them numerous times over the course of several months and they suggested I make my experience known with the ADA. read more

My tooth had suddenly started hurting a lot, and normal otc medication didn't help the pain, It was one of the worst pain I have ever felt. I came to Dr. Patel office for an emergency on a Saturday .They were able to squeeze me into their busy schedule. As soon as I arrived at this office because I was shaking with pain ,they took me in within a few short minutes even though waiting room was full .They took me in gave me anesthesia and took my pain away .When I got my root canal done, my pain completely went away. I felt normal and didn't have to worry about any pain anymore. Overall, I completely loved Dr. Patel and her staff. Everything went so smoothly and everyone in the office was very nice and respectful. I would recommend that anyone who needs a dentist goes to Dr. Patel's office. read more

I was looking online to find a decent dental office that had a reasonable price for teeth whitening since teeth whitening is out of my pocket. Than friend of mine she forwarded this picture on Instagram and saw that they were offering it for free. Called them and they said that the whitening would always be free if I would chose to get my teeth cleaned at their office. Sounded too good to be true. Anyway I was due for teeth cleaning .So I decided to book an appointment and see. I booked an appointment then someone called me to confirm. It took two hours to do cleaning and whitening and hygienist was so gentle and amazingly good and through. I never had my teeth this white. read more

Suffice to say I concur completely with the first review on this physician. Save yourself and see someone who is interested in your health and well-being. You can call multiple times to ensure the proper steps are taken on the next steps of care, and since they refuse to help you, you can only conclude they don't want to. This is NYC, there are so many dentists, you can see that are better than this office. I am also inclined to believe that it is the dentist that sets the tone of the office. Great dentist! Her service is phenomenal. She takes the time out to listen to you, answer any questions you may have, and if you're feeling any sort of anxiety, she eases your mind and makes you feel very comfortable. She explains everything in great detail, even gives you a mini lesson. Her work is also excellent. She performed root canal surgery and the experience was pain free and quite relaxing. Great Dentist, one of the best I've ever been to actually. The staff is very attentive and very kind and friendly. My sister started attending and recommended it to me. Dr. Patel fixed up a bad job that was previously done and she did it perfectly! She is also very attentive of her patients. If you need a great dentist and staff come here, the staff are amazing. The area is very clean and organized they also get you comfortable while you wait for your dentist on this amazing massage chair but most of the time you wouldnt have to wait they tend to you quick and do a good job. I normally see Dr.Patel in her midtown office but a few months ago I came in to this office for an emergency on a Saturday.
