He negotiated our home at our budget and even got the closing costs to be COMPLETELY covered -- we were actually paid a large sum of money at closing when we got the home with NO money out of pocket. We sold a condo and bought a house with Chris. A mortgage broker referred us to him almost a year before our actual transactions, before we were ready to pull the trigger on buying, before we even knew where in Florida we wanted to live.
