He cut my neck line in a V pattern, trimmed the sides down too low to the point it almost looked like a chin strap, cut into my mustache, squared one side of the beard and rounded the other. All of this THE DAY BEFORE MY WEDDING! Then he had the nerve to try to charge me for the beard trim!
