I would highly recommend B Audio Sounds. I will be sending my son to B Audio Sounds. His older Jeep has blown speakers. I have been customer of Lifesafer since 2014. I've been to every location. I am so grateful I found Ace at Bandera Rd. location. I came in for monthly calibration and there were breakfast tacos. Now that is a very respectable man. Ace buys for B Audio Sounds, and offered me tacos. He is very good at his job. I came in and he was pretty slammed with other clients. This was on a Tuesday. I highly recommend Ace at Lifesafer on Bandera Rd for servicing your breathilzer. I had problems with battery as well. He checked battery, and I needed fluid (distilled water) in it. I never knew battery had battery fluid. Ace went out of his way to help me diagnose my car. Others, like S. Brazos offered no help when my car was towed there from body shop. I didn't have good experience at Austin Highway location either. I highly recommend Ace as your calibration expert. Considering the volume of clients, Ace still does an amazing job. As for Erika and her review. I am here to say when you break law and court requirements are breathilzer, you have to comply. I see a bitter (???) whatever you are out to put negative remarks because you have nothing better to do. Enjoy your punishment for driving while intoxicated with breathalyzer. They are not responsible for your vehicle problems. I was very blessed Ace took his time and checked battery and that it needed fluid. This is not my first problem. I had to have breathilzer installed under dashboard due to car not sensing it was turned off. Disregard a bitter review from another horrible review. Ace and Mark V. are the best employees of Lifesafer. I highly recommend Ace as your breathalyzer and calibration technician.

Honesty, product knowledge, and overall awesome customer service from Jason and his staff…read more I chose his place due to the reviews on Google. They were pretty much spot-on! Tell him what you need or think you need and he will work with you to select the options and/or product that will make it happen for you. My backup camera was wrapped by the brushes of a local carwash and needed replacement. Mine had a plastic housing, he and staff selected a name brand which had a metal case. A much better value than the China brand which was no value in the long run. While I was there, I mentioned my dash cam died in this Texas heat. Jason voiced my options after checking out the damage to my cam. The Kenwood model we agreed on fit my needs. He even patiently set the date, time, etc. on it! You get what you pay for. Speakers, radios, cameras, Weathertech products, Sirrius radio, tint, the list goes on. For a quality experience which may work for you, call or visit 'Custom Sounds' on Walzem Road.

So, we started coming here.. the first few times have been okay. They always seem over booked for appointments or talk each other in back too much?? We were told we would be worked on and it would take 15min as it normally does. We pay. We wait. We wait. We wait. We hear guys in back talking for 45min. About strippers and one guys ex wife has duis and took all his money (yes, if you work at this business you have very thin doors) Finally they come out after us going in and out of the front door a bunch of times to make the door bell go off and they say "oh the guy went to the store to get parts for a different car." Wtf. We wait. We wait. We wait. Guy comes out again trying to feed us some b.s. "we're waiting for your payment to be accepted" upon waiting we actually called to make sure our payment was accepted and we were good to go. He went to check again and he said "oh yeah you are good to go. He'll be back in 8 min. We wait. We wait. We wait. Some more...While waiting we decided to look up their prices and compare them to online. This place marks up EVERYTHING. The service fee for them to work on your stuff is probably completely marked up too. Again, are you paying for their service or for them to talk?! Enjoy the pictures below !! The original guy we talked to that told us 15min came back into the shop around 2:10 with another worker not sure why two of them needed to leave to go get a tiny box that could've been easily done by one person. He asked for the keys when we already gave him the keys at 1pm when our appointment was!! He finally started working on our service at 2:15 finished our service at 2:40 and we were out the door an hour and 40 minutes after. Remember reading up top that he said it would be only 15min? Save your TIME and your MONEY. We will gladly drive an hour and a half somewhere else to get our monthly services done. Edit from when business owner replied. AUDIO OR NOT LEARN HOW TO RUN A BUISNESS. YOU HAVE A CONTRACT TO DO INTERLOCK SERVICES. SO DOESN'T MATTER IF WE HAVE AN "AUDIO" SERVICE OR NOT ITS STILL A SERVICE YOU DECIDED TO PROVIDE.
