The photoshoot went well, my only 2…read morecomplaints would be her nearly calling my baby's father the nickname that I call him (which I already had told her that was a name I only called my man; luckily it was the end of she shoot but it was just weird) & the whole time we were taking the photos she was admiring my outfits but her admiration became very distracting because she kept wanting to know where I got the clothes and could she borrow them to put them on her models for her next week photoshoot (once again this was very unprofessional, these photos are my maternity pictures. I would rather no one else just put my outfits on and take the exact photos). After the photos, I asked when would I be able to see them and she said "I will show them on my website tomorrow (july 20th)" agreed on 7pm so that the father of my child could view them also. @ 7:30 I hadn't heard from her and proceeded to text her asking if the photos were being viewed , finally around 8pm she got onto the viewing app and began to mention "I lost my keys and that's what was taking me so long blah blah blah excuses excuses" at this point I just wanted to see my photos. So being that this is my first baby I was so excited, so excited that I invited my mom, sister-in-law, sister and father of my child to the viewing app. OMG this was the worst way for someone to view there photos. On this app she talked while viewing, rushed me thru picking my photos, I didnt get to see every photo she had taken (which baby father mentioned after the viewing he noticed), but also she muted my mother from talking and rudely said "krishonda this isn't about everybody else, you need to just pick the photos you like , I didnt expect to be on the viewing this long". (Fyi the talking amongst the family was very professional, one at a time and not a commotion on the viewing app but I guess kyiera was annoyed) It took every bone in my body to not get unprofessional with this rude ass girl but I kept it professional simply because I still was a customer needing good quality editing on my photos. (I paid her $85 by cash @ the beach for the travel and an extra $50 for 2 photos I wanted outside of the 12 that came with the package) I notified kyiera I needed my photos by the beginning of august so that I could send my invitations out for my baby shower at the end of August (13 days =about 2 weeks after my photoshoot). She notified me that being that I took photos near the water that it would take a extra week to edit so she wanted me to pick about 4 photos she could edit to send to me by August 1st. I got the 4 edited photos by July 30th. (Fyi texting her is pure hell because It would take me to text her 2 to 3 times the same message for her to respond). I figured it would be another week before I got my other photos so i didnt feel i had to let her know i was going to show the rest of my photos she edited @ my baby shower. She never contacts her customers, you have to stay contacting her although you paid her for a job. I contacted her august 22nd and the 24th (34 days = a little over a month) about my other photos , were they done being edited and that I needed them by the 31st for my baby shower. (Fyi she told me on the video app showing that all photos would be done being edited by august 17th). I finally got a response on the 25th that I would have them for my baby shower. By 1pm on the day of my baby shower (august 31st) I finally got the rest of the photos but by 2pm (with all the running around I was doing for my baby shower) notified kyiera that I had some photos she sent to me that were not ones that I picked to be bought and that I would screenshot her the wrong ones and right ones when I had time which was September 1st. I didn't get a response til September 2nd. We talked on the phone (finally) but the only thing kyiera could say was "never in her 3 years had she sent the wrong photos to anyone else" but I let her know I guess I was the first. She got quiet for 2 min and then proceeded on by saying "I'll fix the 2 photos and will send them to you by next week". I contacted her September 16, 19, 24 ,25, 28 october 11th. Today it is october 24 th, I've had my baby but still no photos and cant get a response from kyiera. I paid this women $585 no hesitation because i believed she would deliver her best work on time but all I've gotten is Unprofessionalism Tardiness And completely ignored. Beware, I wouldn't want anyone or any pregnant women to be stressed out and dealing with this. Kyiera these are memories people cant get back, grow up.

Christy is an amazing photographer. We hired her as our sole wedding photographer and she also did my bridal and boudoir photos. I absolutely love every single one of my photos. I felt comfortable with her, she was able to direct me into flattering poses. I felt like a super model in my photos. On the big day, she made sure to catch every important moment of the day. She helped guide us through everything. She directed family members and was flittering about all day just snapping away. She was highly professional and timely about product turn around. After reaching out, she was prompt and so caring, so we booked her ASAP. Cindy took her time during the shoot and ensured that she had the shot she wanted with each photo. Our time was leisurely and ensured that our newborn was "oh so comfy" during the entire thing. She was so patient and kind to our toddler too when he came by for some shots with his new sister. I was on the fence to do newborn photos for my son and had lingered near the 2 week mark from his birth to decide to do them. I reached out to different photographers and they all said my son was too old for the shoot. They also didn't call me to tell me that, they just easily sent out emails to deny my request. I was referred to 4 Winks photography by a work acquaintance. I submitted my quote request & Cindy called me almost immediately. She was so sweet and just all around kind. She had no problem capturing photos of my 2 week old newborn. Many of the other photographers were weary of doing so because it would be more work for them, Not Cindy- She was up for the challenge! She was very soothing to my baby boy and even taught me a few tricks on how to calm him down. She was patient and so loving , you can really tell that she enjoys her profession. All of the props and background images were spot on. She was also very accommodating to receive my in laws that came with me. Considering the current situation with COVID, all health & precautionary measures were executed. Her studio was impecable. The photography shoot was seamless. I was already in love with the different shots she captured of our son. After the shoot was complete- Cindy kept in touch with us as she edited the images. We then went back to pick up the prints and a USB she had prepared for us. The delivery of the final product was neatly packed and looked very profesional. It was like I was receiving a beautifully wrapped gift!! Her prices are also very reasonable and the quality of her work is stellar!! Abbie bull did my photography and videography for my engagement photos and wedding photos in August…read moreof 2022. This is a mixed review but I think she did an amazing job with my engagement pictures during our first session. The photos came to us fast and were all very good. But for my wedding it was not all good. Leading up to the wedding she did not do much to ask about personalization for the video/photos and was hard to get in touch with little communication. During our wedding day when they got to the venue it was just all very rushed and bossy. She was telling everyone what to do the entire time without even considering which photos I wanted and never asked if there was anything else I wanted to do in the moment. She had the survey months before the wedding but never asked what I wanted other than on the survey. Then second, DO NOT BOOK VIDEOGRAPHY with Abbie bull. Before the wedding there were no questions asked about how I would want my video or if there are particular things I want in the video. There was ZERO personalization in the video. I did not get to choose anything that I wanted for the video. I also had to keep reaching out to her asking when it was going to be done and there was very little communication that was started by her to me. Then when I got the video it had music that sounded generic and did not show what our wedding was actually like at all. There was also no sound other than the generic music in the background. I was so disappointed that I did not post it anywhere and will probably be finding a way to add my own music that I actually want in the background of the video. Overall, she did come and shoot my wedding after having a car wreck with broken ribs and did have personal things happen throughout the time in between. So I am very glad that she did not cancel right before and leave us with no photographer. I do still wish that a lot of things would have gone differently and would not have booked with her if I would have known. I also know I could have been more vocal with my wants throughout the process but I was planning my own wedding and did not know what the process was and assumed that during the day she would consider what I want. Hopefully this helps someone who is planning their big day! Addition: In her contract it does state that the vendor gets all creative outlook and judgement. And basically does state that there is no personalization. I am just warning other brides to pay attention to this and consider this when booking with her. If you want your wedding to be a reflection of you and not just her company then don't book with Abbie Bull. I was reminded very fast after posting this review that it was in the contract so I thought I would update the review to include that.
