The weather is way too hot for a tent this time of year and it was really nice to have an a/c, full size fridge, microwave and private bathroom. The motel room itself is very bare bones; you will need to bring your own blankets & pillows and mattress is thin and firm on a simple metal frame. But everything was clean and in working order. It worked out very well. I especially loved that they had a picnic table right out front for us to utilize. A short walk down the street, there is a really cool restaurant, arcade and beach down by the water, complete with umbrellas, tables and even a kiddie pool. In the opposite direction, a bit further away, there is a large pool and jacuzzi...but we preferred to swim and hang out by the river. There was wifi but it only worked sometimes. We didn't really have any service during our stay; a forced but much needed reprieve from the outside world. Overall, we really enjoyed it. The views of the river and mountains are unmatched. We would definitely stay here again.

And yup... IT WAS HOT! After checking in and grabbing Happy Hour, we decided to walk a little ways along the water and past the London Bridge. It didn't take long before we were completely drenched in sweat and ready to retreat back into the A/C. One thing I quickly noticed is that the London Bridge area -- and Lake Havasu in general -- seems to slow down considerably during the summer outside of the major holiday weekends. That actually made for a pretty relaxing weekend without everything feeling overly crowded. As far as the resort itself, I was pleasantly surprised. The rooms were nice, comfortable and appeared to have been updated. While London Bridge Resort is technically a 3-star resort, I think it's probably one of the most fun places you can stay in Havasu because of the overall location and amenities. You're right on the lake and basically next door to the London Bridge, with great waterfront views, pools and easy access to the surrounding entertainment. You also have Kokomo Beach Club and Martini Bay right at the resort, both of which bring in DJs at night -- so you can go out, have some drinks and enjoy the nightlife without worrying about driving anywhere afterward. We also checked out Happy Hour @ Martini Bay and came back again the next night for a proper dinner. The food was a little hit-or-miss, but the standouts were REALLY good. The Ahi Tostadas and Bourbon Glazed Shrimp were decent but fairly average. However, the Arancini with vodka sauce were OUTSTANDING -- crispy on the outside, creamy inside and easily one of my favorites. And then there were the bacon-wrapped dates and mandarin orange salad with grilled chicken ... both were Those were absolutely delicious and probably my favorite Happy Hour item of the night. Beyond the food, the staff throughout the resort was great, parking was plentiful and convenient, and the views around the property -- especially looking out toward the London Bridge and the lake around sunset -- were awesome. Rooms: 4.5/5 Location: 5/5 Amenities/Entertainment: 5/5 Service: 5/5 Happy Hour Food: 4/5 Views: 5/5 For a 3-star resort, I'm giving London Bridge Resort a full 5/5 . It isn't trying to be a Four Seasons -- but for what you actually want out of a Lake Havasu weekend, it checks a LOT of boxes: lakefront location, pools, nightlife, bars, food, great views and the London Bridge basically right outside your door. Same exact decor it was 10 years ago and not as clean as it could have been. The bartender, Jon, was very rude to me when I simply asked if we could pull up another stool at the bar, which there was plenty of room. So, instead of the 4 of us spending extra money at the bar, we luckily could be seated at our table a little earlier while we waited for 4 more friends to show up. The food was "Ok" but not stellar. On a better note, we do like the location and the rest of the staff was pleasant. I understand times have changed, but it's still disappointing to see a "Resort" we used to love not be the standard it once was.

My tent blew away during a little windy moment and they helped me bring it back while also providing tips to prevent it from happening again. In the past, we had to get there before the park opened to secure a spot and once capacity was met they didn't allow anyone to enter. This was tough since there were a couple times we didn't make it on time and had to go elsewhere. Now, things have changed, which is a lot more convenient. They only allow the people that have reserved online go in from 7am-11:30am. If you DO NOT have reservations, you will NOT be allowed in before 11:30. At 11:30 they will only allow you in if they haven't reached capacity and it's first come first serve. If you did RSVP and make it after 11:30am, you risk losing your spot since general people will be allowed in at that time.

That rental shop did not tell me my reservation wasn't on their books and so I ended up renting from them, not knowing that I made a reservation with a different company (Riverstar) I ended up having a missed call from an unknown number at 12 and I called it back at 5 only to realize it was Riverstar rentals asking where I was with my reservation and why I didn't show up to get me jet skis. At that moment, I had realized I didn't have a reservation for the skis I picked up. When speaking with the owner (I forget his name) I could tell he was bummed as he held the skis all day waiting for me when they easily could have gone to someone else. Instead of complaining and getting upset with me, he asked if I had fun, was understanding about it and handled it very professionally. I am looking forward to using River Star rentals next time I visit. It's not always about how company's handle things that go right, but how they handle them when they go wrong.

Our experience was very disappointing…read more We rented a jet ski for 2 hours. Before taking it out, my aunt began recording the condition of the jet ski because it already had numerous dings, dents, and scratches. While she was trying to document the existing damage, an employee interrupted her and insisted she stop to sign the paperwork, so she wasn't able to finish recording the jet ski. When we returned the jet ski, we were told there was a piece of wood chipping into the fiber glass near the front side of the jet ski. Since we weren't given the opportunity to fully document its condition before leaving, we questioned whether the company had photos or videos showing the condition prior to our rental. Instead of calmly addressing our concerns, the situation quickly became confrontational. We were told it would cost $500 to repair the alleged damage, even though the jet ski already had extensive cosmetic damage when we received it. From our perspective, it did not appear that existing damage had been repaired, which made the situation even more frustrating. What was most disappointing was how we were treated. After my aunt respectfully said she didn't agree but didn't want to argue and began walking away, as she was exiting the door the owner/ manager continued making loud comments toward her. This occurred on Friday, 07/31/2026, between approximately 3:15 p.m. and 3:50 p.m. We found his behavior to be unprofessional, aggressive, and disrespectful. At one point, my husband turned around and said he was unprofessional and being agressive towards a women. My husband kept quiet the whole time until the manager verbal attack. The manager threatened and made comments toward my husband about going to jail unnecessarily escalated an already stressful situation. Our recommendation to the business is simple: allow every customer enough time to thoroughly photograph or video the equipment before and after their rental, keep your own documented records of each rental, and handle customer concerns professionally and respectfully. A better inspection process and better customer service would help prevent situations like this and build trust with your customers.
