I tried to call and leave a message for the Dr.. surprise, surprise, no call back. And of course, my pharmacy can't even get a refill answered. **HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE Service.

I've learned how he makes his money now and I agree with his other one star clients and made it to my appointment. It was about two months ago, and I specifically went there because he himself claims to be the best back doctor in the valley and my purpose for being there was to receive a third opinion on having a double fusion on my lower back.. I was greeted with a PA that was probably 30 years old and she asked me why I was here. I explained to her that I've had four lower back surgeries and am in need of a fifth hopefully final so when I finally saw the PA.? She talked to me for about 5 to 10 minutes and I carry all of my medical history related to my back including recent scans, MRIs and Xrays. So I explained to the PA what I did for pain what helps my pain what worsens l 100 and is my pain and. The PA kindly said, excuse me and she went into the room next-door and was talking to Dr. Roland Reinhardt within five minutes. The PA returned and stated to me I'm sorry I missed you Anthony. Dr Reinhardt told his PA to tell me there's nothing we can do to help you, I was in awe! Now I'm 60 years old and I don't go to doctors with demands. I go to doctors with back up.IE, scans x-rays, reports and recommendations from other back surgeons . Today, March 19, I received a bill from Dr. Rowland Reinhardt whom I never saw or met or spoke to, for $120. Dr. Roland Reinhardt will never ever ever see that $120 fee to talk to his PA who never once even asked me why I was there not once. So be aware of this con artist.. and by the way, I have three insurance cards. IEHP., Medicare part A and B., and Humana gold. And the reception there never even asked to see my insurance cards.. so Dr. Rowland Reinhardt is a professional, but it's not geared around what you need or want. Dr. Rowland Reinhardt's clinic is geared around how much money he can drain you of without even seeing you meeting you or talking to you. DOCS @ Eisenhower, scipps La Jolla , cedar Sinai basically roll out the red carpet for their patients and they don't charge you for that. I have my surgery scheduled for May of this year locally at docs.. so I'm sharing my experience with the public that I had or in this case didn't have with Dr. Rowland Reinhardt about getting a third opinion of my fifth back surgery and my first fusion. I think maybe what he needs to do is actually watch his own commercial that he makes and think about changing them. He needs to drop the evasive back treatments surgeries.ETC, and add whether I choose to treat you or not whether I talk to you in person or not, and include and expect expect any evasive bill in the mail. To whom may decide to read this review, here is my recommendation., again keep in mind I've had four back surgeries. My sciatic on my right leg now is at it's all time. Worst in regards to pain in sitting behind the steering wheel driving. Seek medical care elsewhere Scripps in La Jolla. They are friendly, kind difficult to get in and see them but locally we have DOCS at Eisenhower and they have some pretty well known back surgeons there. So again as I mentioned, Dr. Roland Reinhardt and his high dollar facility $120 you're trying to get out of me for being in your office for 15 minutes.? You will never see. I know it won't break you, but maybe this review will open your eyes to what's going on not just behind your back but right in front of you. Need any type of back hip or knee surgery avoid this place like the play Dr. Rowlands Reinhardt needs to fold up Shop retire and move far far away.!!!

This letter I sent to Eisenhower Patient Relations tells why I'm giving Dr. Wong this one-star…read morereview: To Eisenhower Patient Relations, The letter I sent to Dr. Wong through the portal, yesterday, summarizes the medical situation that I just went through: Dr. Wong, when I came to see you about what I thought was piriformis syndrome, with that large swollen area over the muscle, you gave me a Toradol shot, trigger point injection and sent me to PT, none of which helped, after which you referred me to Sports Med to get an MRI. In hindsight, sadly, all those pre-referral treatments probably aggravated the actual cause. The MRI revealed that I'd actually TORN my gluteus maximus, one-third of it, and there was a large fluid pocket above it that needed to be aspirated. Aspiration led to suspicion that the material in the fluid pocket was something requiring more testing and two days later, sports doc called me to say come into the hospital immediately, that fluid is a massive staph infection! I was released from Eisenhower Medical on Sunday after being admitted on Friday evening. Still on heavy antibiotics with a drainage tube and bag attached to my upper right butt. Swelling and pain, alone, can be a warning sign of a staph infection, according to medical literature, a warning sign sometimes mistaken as strictly muscle pain. At my age, that should have justified, for insurance, an immediate MRI that would have led to a quicker resolution and not put me at further risk of the staph getting deep into my muscles or my blood stream. Next time you see a patient with similar symptoms, you'll now know that there's the possibility of Staph as well as other options. Jonathan Bernstein Founder Bernstein Crisis Management ------------------------------------------------------------------------- In short, I was just lucky that my body contained the large infection area to a location where it could be drained and my Concierge Primary Care, Dr. Sanchez, has just ordered the drain removed because the liquid flow has dropped dramatically. In the time between Dr. Wong's missed diagnosis and the time the staph was infected and I was hospitalized was all time when I wasn't being treated for an infection at all - so it got worse. I ended up with a too-near-death experience. I loved the other docs involved - Dr. Sanchez, Dr. Chang the interventional radiologist - but I think Dr. Wong missed this diagnosis big time and the hospital should take appropriate steps. I was able to make an appointment for the following week. The day of the appointment I was taken within five minutes of the scheduled appointment. Dr. Bouffard quickly moved to obtain a history of the medical problem for which I made the appointment. He asked a number of relevant questions and after hearing my history, determining the location of my pain and reviewing my past treatment and medical record of over the past several years, he determined that a cortisone shot was appropriate and scheduled it for the next date I was available. We then spent a few minutes talking about his background and his practice. Overall, I was very pleased with the results of my appointment and grateful to have found Dr. Bouffard.

His demeanor is rude, argumentative and does not engage with the patient. On top of that, if you are in pain and need to get in on the day you call for an appointment there is a $60 surcharge to come in. The pain meds he gave me did zero to help and then he wants to give you more! I ended up going to Cedars Sinai and got the correct specific injection that has relieved the neck pain that I've been dealing with. Run, do not walk away from this buffoon!
