After dealing with the emotional difficulty of trying to conceive, I called to schedule an appointment only to be met with rudeness and condescension from the receptionist Deborah. Instead of offering the basic kindness and understanding you would expect from a fertility clinic, I was spoken to in a demeaning, dismissive, and unprofessional manner. Deborah was also ALL ABOUT THE MONEY and mentioned I'd have to first fill out a form will all of my personal information to then be accepted as a patient. Hoping this was just an individual mistake, I called back to speak with the office manager. To my shock, she doubled down, refused to acknowledge any wrongdoing, and even mocked me instead of addressing the issue. No apology, no accountability, just pure disregard for the emotional toll that comes with infertility. A fertility clinic should be a place of support and empathy, not humiliation and hostility. If this is how they treat people before they even walk through the door, I can only imagine the cold, impersonal experience patients receive in their actual care. If you value respect, compassion, and professionalism, I strongly suggest you look elsewhere.

He spent an hour and half with me reviewing my records and discussing our options moving forward. I never felt like he was trying to push an agenda or sell me Ivf. He truly cares about his patients and being successful. I recently finished an egg retrieval under his care and am hoping for a FET soon. He celebrated our great egg retrieval results with us. While he will recommend a lot of tests and things, there is a purpose and reason behind each one. I fully trust Dr. Roseff to bring our dreams of having a family come to life. The office staff has also been fantastic and so helpful. Even squeezing me in for a last minute appointment so I didn't have to wait another full cycle to come back in. I still think Dr W is a nice lady, but pick a center that allows you to have access to the Embryologist so that you can ask questions. Dr W is NOT the embryologist or the phlebotomist. She is not the medical biller and not the one who dispenses expired vitamins. She is not the one who is in charge of embryology grading or the person who sets the medical rules and limitations of the practice. If she was in private practice, I think there would be a better chance of success in working with her as an RE. Also, once you are with a dr at IVF FL, you cannot switch. I don't wish to say too much more as every case is different. Just TEST TEST TEST your embryos, even if they are 20 something y/o Donor embryos to avoid harm to the one who will be implanted!!!! (To reduce the risk of wasted time, $$$, or unneeded exposure to physical harm) Good luck!
