We made the decision to reach out to Boca Ivf. It was the best decision we could've ever made. It's very scary finding an IVF doctor in the first place. It was nice to walk in. See the doctors get thorough and clear numbers, instructions and percentages when it comes to Ivf I am so truly overwhelmed and grateful for my experience with them throughout our time with Boca Ivf. They became like family member members they have an online Portal which they are highly responsive with most of the times anytime I had a question and called. They would make the time to get on the phone with me, which is rare in any doctors office let alone Ivf every single person in that office has impacted our journey I am very grateful and blessed to say that my husband and I, after our first attempt Got pregnant I am 14 weeks in three days today I get to experience this miracle that we have waited So long for. Any words I could use would simply do an injustice to how grateful I am and always will be to Boca Ivf, Dr. Roberts and her whole team.

If you're struggling with fertility, this is NOT the place to seek care or compassion. My…read moreexperience with this clinic was not only disappointing but deeply upsetting. After dealing with the emotional difficulty of trying to conceive, I called to schedule an appointment only to be met with rudeness and condescension from the receptionist Deborah. Instead of offering the basic kindness and understanding you would expect from a fertility clinic, I was spoken to in a demeaning, dismissive, and unprofessional manner. Deborah was also ALL ABOUT THE MONEY and mentioned I'd have to first fill out a form will all of my personal information to then be accepted as a patient. Hoping this was just an individual mistake, I called back to speak with the office manager. To my shock, she doubled down, refused to acknowledge any wrongdoing, and even mocked me instead of addressing the issue. No apology, no accountability, just pure disregard for the emotional toll that comes with infertility. A fertility clinic should be a place of support and empathy, not humiliation and hostility. If this is how they treat people before they even walk through the door, I can only imagine the cold, impersonal experience patients receive in their actual care. If you value respect, compassion, and professionalism, I strongly suggest you look elsewhere.

But he primed me and was aggressive with my medication. Out of 3 eggs, I had 2 embryos and am almost 9 weeks pregnant with a baby!!! He is the absolute best!! And I found out about him through one of my close friends who did IVF 4 years ago. She was going to another dr and had 3 frozen embryos. She didn't have a good experience with the other dr and miscarried 2 of the embryos. She switched to Dr Denker to transfer her last frozen embryo. She said she had a great experience as well, and she now has a beautiful 3 year old daughter!!! 2 success stories with Dr Denker! Also- my nurses and the staff were so amazing and helpful throughout this hard process! They called me almost every day to check in on me and to make sure I knew what medication to take. They helped me if I needed anything and were always pleasant when I was at the office! I am sad that I am "graduating" from them to a normal OB because I would love to keep going to them!

Even with medication, my blood pressure was all over. A lot of times I felt sluggish. Doctors were saying that this is the normal aging proses and I am in much better shape than any one in my age group, I am in my mid 60's. Let's put you on medication and it will help you. That was not a satisfying answer for me. I was looking for someone who will get to the cause of my problems/symptoms. That is when I found Dr. Marina. The approach was tally different starting from the blood test that I have never seen before to the explanation of my problems. I found someone who cares to get me healthy. Only after one month of the six month protocol the results are incredible. My blood pressure from 160/103-97/85 got to steady 127/75 and this is without medication!!! My sleep is very deep and I wake up well rested with energy that lasts the whole day, even if I sleep, sometimes, only four hours. The collar of my skin changed and people are noticing that I am getting younger. THIS IS ONLY AFTER ONE MONTH. Thank you Dr. Marina and the incredible and supportive team. YV

He spent an hour and half with me reviewing my records and discussing our options moving forward. I never felt like he was trying to push an agenda or sell me Ivf. He truly cares about his patients and being successful. I recently finished an egg retrieval under his care and am hoping for a FET soon. He celebrated our great egg retrieval results with us. While he will recommend a lot of tests and things, there is a purpose and reason behind each one. I fully trust Dr. Roseff to bring our dreams of having a family come to life. The office staff has also been fantastic and so helpful. Even squeezing me in for a last minute appointment so I didn't have to wait another full cycle to come back in. I'm so thankful I came to IVFMD and will never regret the decision to leave the last dr.

So the problem? Erika, he person we saw to go over everything was absolutely rude to us. She talked down to us like we were children and told us we had a less than 1% chance of getting pregnant due to our age. At that point we just gave up with testing because we figured what's the point. We left feeling very depressed and cancelled any other appointments. Well a few months later, we did get pregnant! So she was very wrong and I feel like was trying to make us feel terrible so we'd shell out $$$$ doing ridiculously expensive IVF etc. Very terrible experience and she should be ashamed of herself. For anyone trying to have a baby, don't give up hope. And don't let people like this try to con you out of money. Fostering and adopting is also a wonderful option! But even if that's not for you, I highly advise against this place. Which is really sad because we were feeling great until we saw Erika.
