He was able to get me a private lesson that afternoon! He has been teaching for over 30 years. He has a lot of experience and a ton of patience with me! Lessons are always fun. He plays upbeat music and is able to explain skills in different ways so I can better understand my approach. Picking up a new hobby is difficult but I'm glad I have Fred as my coach. Several of the overhead fluorescent lights have yellow, brown and black discoloration on the protective screens. Some conditions seem okay more due to the quality of the cleaning staff than operational personnel. It seems that the SOP is to put everything off as long as possible. The light covers should have been replaced a couple of years ago. The pockets on the pool tables should have been secured with screws when the felt was replaced instead of left lose to turn and fall out when balls are pocketed. Overall this is not an environment a person can feel safe in, regardless of your age, in my opinion.

Susan Moore from the club was amazing to work with from start to finish. She was incredibly polite, professional, and on top of every detail. On the day of the wedding, the entire staff worked tirelessly behind the scenes to make sure the transition from the ceremony to the reception was completely seamless.
