The employees always take the time to help me select the best plants for my location & soil type, and give great pointers for the variety of indoor succulents and tropicals I've purchased from them. The cheap, disease-infested plants I used to buy from home improvement stores made me think I could never keep plants alive. Turns out that nobody there does their research, so the plants are unhealthy before you get them. Plus, if you follow their incorrect care guidelines, your investment is doomed. We were there for about 10 minutes, we were advised to come back tomorrow, the soil we needed would be available. We didn't come back the very next day, we came today which is Saturday. We walked up, a lady who seem to be the "worker" was talking to a couple. The couple left, so it's myself, my fiancée and another customer who was off picking flowers. As we were looking for the "workers" who helped us on Thursday, we see who we assume is another "worker" She looks in the opposite of our direction, walks to a section where I suppose flowers were in desperate need of watering, started watering the flowers without acknowledging us whatsoever. After walking further into the nursery, still looking for the "workers" from the previous visit, still no acknowledgement from the "worker" who was only 15ft away. My fiancé says, "do you want me to see if she can help us?" I then say to the "worker" "do you work here?" "Are you assisting anyone?" She replies, "Yes, I work here, do you need help?" I asked, " do you greet customers?" Her answer lead me right out the door. She replies, " Yes I was assisting some people earlier. My reply, "thanks but no thanks we'll go somewhere else. I would like to tell you, if you read this "Ms. Worker" whatever personal issues you have within yourself, put them aside and make yo money. Money is green if you didn't know....now ya know! I hope the "workers" I was initially looking for, retrain her. Maybe she will buy what we intended, to make up for your loss.

He said that since it was raining, he wanted to reschedule and that he had meant to call me. So we rescheduled and he took measurements and said he would get back to me with an estimate. That was close to 2 weeks ago. I figure this company does not want my business. That's fine but the descent thing to do is to call back and let me know that you could not do the job. We called Tom at Signature to replace a path from our gate to our patio. Initially we had stepping…read morestones, but they shifted and were uncomfortable to walk on. Tom went with us to pick out the stone, then built us a beautiful pathway, expertly designed and installed with care. The design required a lot of the stones to be cut, but even with the large number of cuts required, the path was installed in about 3 days. His team really worked hard to ensure the design came to life. We also had Signature install sod in the back yard (which our dog had destroyed). The guys cut out the old sod, created the perfectly graded base and fertilized for success. We couldn't be happier with the end result. Tom is patient and willing to adapt to the customer's needs and landscaping conditions in the yard. Highly recommended.

All along the back of my house was a shady, weedy mess and thanks to Dave's team it's neat, tidy and ready for some shade plants next spring. Dave was easy to work with as far as getting an estimate, scheduling and follow-up. The two guys who did the work were meticulous, timely and so very nice to deal with. I'm happy about a lot of things to do with this job, but especially impressed with how well the pavers were installed. The guys dug a channel, added a bunch of aggragate and carefully fitted in the pavers at an angle (to prevent the decorative rock from falling out). The back turned out so nice (and in budget) that I decided to do the front now instead of waiting till spring. Once again I was pleased with the pricing and quality of work.
