Even though I was late they managed to fit me in. The receptionist was very accommodating and was able to fit me into the schedule within an hour. The clinic/spa was easy to find and had plenty of parking spaces. Once inside, I was greeted right away and asked to fill out the necessary paperwork. Within five minutes of completing the paperwork, the nurse (yes, an actual RN) Kelly came and took me to the back. She genuinely listened to my concerns and we worked together on deciding the best placement of the injections for my desired outcome. She was very friendly and personable and even provided me with her cell number to send her a picture update in 2 weeks. I felt comfortable and in good hands.
