There is no reminder or warning in regard to this... most companies will remind you of the policy. They will lie to you in regard to billing, and then take the money from your account. Yet - the therapist can cancel at the last minute. I won't deal with unethical companies or criminal tactics.

If you are a skeptic, don't bother, unless you have endured challenges that your engineering and pragmatic mind, thousands of dollars in counseling and meds have not solved. If you are a skeptic period, don't bother. Depending on the type of session, you have to be willing and open to allow yourself go, and face yourself. Self awareness and SELF HONESTY (don't try to bull yourself, it doesn't work) will really help move things along for you, smoothly. I highly recommend learning how to meditate or take meditation classes / workshops offered, in order to achieve the most benefit from the session - Im still a newbie, and I can't say it was easy, but my session was certainly interesting and unexpected (pleasantly so). You will be amazed at what a journey into yourself will reveal. Don't be too surprised when you hit your "AHA!" moment, a discovery that what you needed to get over whatever it is that is holding you back - has been inside you all the time! Pretty wild, but not easily achievable on ones own or masking with colored pills... If you have a hard time relaxing or meditating, you will not yield the benefit of the sessions.
