BUT the oven appeared to be NO longer wood-fired, but rather gas flame. It had an odd bottom that I've never seen before: a motorized turning platform, like a merry-go-round for pizzas. I had the vegetariana, which had grilled zukes, eggplant, red and yellow peppers, and, interestingly, asparagus (never seen that before, either), plus mozzarella and red sauce.
