They had over SIX months to have the dress sized and ready for my fiancé. As time went on my fiancé emailed and call 123 Braut and Brauitgam over a dozen times. They were constantly giving her the run-around and 123 Braut and Brauitgam did not respond to her emails. Once 123 Braut and Brauitgam finally did notify her that her dress was available for fitting, they had limited dates for her to schedule an appointment. My fiancé drove 200 KM round trip to find out that 123 Braut and Brauitgam prepared the wrong color dress! My fiancé was devastated and broke down into tears. Not only was the dress the wrong color, her bridal belt was a different style as well. Then 123 Braut and Brauitgam began to blame my fiancé when she was at her all time low and told her that it was her fault and that she should have double checked the employee that submitted the order number. They said that my fiancé should have made sure that it matched the oder number for the dress she was wearing back in OCT 2017. This company seems to show no compassion for its customers once they have made their purchase. This should not happen to a bride to be! Buying a wedding dress that you have fallen in love with should be one of the happiest feeling, not your biggest regret! After pleading with 123 Braut and Brauitgam they said that they would try to get the color of the original dress she wore in their store and that she wanted and paid 2000€ for. They also need to reorder the original bridal belt she paid for. We leave in less than 3 weeks before our wedding date. We hope and are praying that they can do as they promised and fix the mistake they have made.
