I highly recommened License Solution to pass the CA RE Test. They helped me tremendously!!!! After going through the books and quizes what I benefitted me the most was the practise test. The test provided by License Solution are very difficult but it was what got me to pass the exam. Thank you License Solution!!! read more

Wish they were more thorough on how to study with materials offer. It's strange that some courses have audio and others do not. When I inquire help through email, there is no respond, I have to call to get help. read more

Super prompt phone customer service when needed. Well organized course. Great value for the money.

I had a great experience with this company. I was able to retake my exam due to it being expired and pass on the first try. There were 2 questions out of 150 that I had no idea about had to do with some laws but I passed and I'm happy I took the course. The questions on the practice exam are very differently worded than the questions on the real exam. I would say they are worded in a more tricky fashion on License Solution. However, that worked in my favor because I was able to find the actual test easier. Lastly I want to say their customer support is fantastic. Someone is available by phone and by email, very quick response and customer friendly way of doing business. Please do a broker course with videos and practice exams the way you did the salespersons it will be a hit! Monica CA DRE #01869615 read more

I was bored so I signed up for $89. Follow instructions and 3 months later passed the State Test on my first attempt. That was the best $89 I ever spent in my life. Great knowledge and support from Gene. Thank you for what you do. read more

I would like to thank License Solution for their good learning materials, well-designed random and simulated prep questions and great customer service. I passed the three courses after self-learning the books in a total of 60 days and got 85/96/89 scores; I prepared the state exam using the random mold and simulated mold until I am very familar with all the questions and correct answers and the reason why, and got consistently scoring over 90%. I passed the state exam at first try. It took only one hour and and 15 minutes to finish most of the questions and I took another 30 mins to review and make up some of the unanswered questions for the first time. The questions are not exactly the ones I've seen in the simulated pre questions but I understand the key point what is testing for, so it is not very hard for me and by the time I clicked finish I know I will pass it for sure. I would like to specially thank Mr. Gene who always anserwed my questions in an efficient and easy to understand way via email and bulid up my confindence before the exam. Please don't hesitate to choose LS and all good luck! read more

The courses have been easy to follow and intuitive. There are great supplemental course study tools and great modes for state exam prep courses. Gene is a very kind and helpful person whenever I've reached out to him for assistance. Thank you! read more

Highly highly recommend License Solution for your CA state exam and learning. They have an amazing online course with plenty of useful tools and great customer support! Passed my CA state exam on my first try! If you are wondering which course provider to use, don't think twice and call License Solutions - they will give you a great deal and on top you will receive amazing support throughout your course as well as access to a lot of valuable information and tools on their online platform. I purchased the option with the hardcover books and highly recommend you get that option too - there are of course e-books available. They truly are the best when it comes to having that extra support when preparing for the exam and passing the online courses. Good luck! read more

As promised I'm going to write a review since the course and Ui is very clean on this website and the website compose a good easy to follow and read ebook type of way to help you study for the exam. I did enjoy some of the materials and learning from its course and note that there will be alot of readings. However, most importantly is getting the concepts of the laws and such because that's what they are going to test you on. Nonetheless I did spoke with the owner a couple of times and he was helpful when ever I have a question. read more

for the price license solution was perfect for my needs. easy to get ahold of and I'm proof the program works. Passed my test first try. Just keep taking the practice test over and over. the real test is worded completely different but the ideas and vocab are the same read more

While it serves its purpose of being a cheap way to get your 3 certificates to qualify to take the state exam, there are many spelling errors and mistakes throughout the books and prep. I would take this course and also invest in an actual test prep booklet rather than only rely on this course for knowledge. read more

These were the materials I used when I got licensed 4 years ago and they are the best. I foolishly purchased a test prep book from amazon from another vendor before the state exam and ended up having to retake it because it threw me off so bad. Second time around I just focused on the quizzes in the books and finished the test in 30 min! read more

This was the most thorough class, as well as the best for having the tools to pass. As a full time working, single mom, this was a great choice of schools to go with. I did get referred by my soon to be broker, who also swears by it. The books themselves are very helpful, but what I found most helpful was the help from the folks at License Solution. My first time going for the exam, I thought I was ready. I was not. LC does offer a money back guarantee and they did pay for the failed exam. I did correspond this via email, and Gene was very helpful and offered the advice to really utilize the end of chapter quizes and especially the practice exams, that you can take a million times if you want to! It took me a while to recover that blow. But I still persisted. I paid for the extension to have access to the practice exams (which I highly recommend) The questions (over 1000 rotating every time you take a practice test) and they are the closest you will find to the actual exam, by far. The support I got online and over the phone was amazing and I couldnt speak more highly of a school. Oh, and I have spoken with other friends who went thru different online schools, and they did not have nearly the amount of time to use and the access to exam questions that License Solution offers! Thank you!! read more

Passed the exam way ahead of everyone else and finished in 90 minutes on my first try! I bought the License Solutions course last year and passed the three certifications.. Then due to the Pandemic had to wait almost a year to be able to get scheduled for the in person exam. License Solution was so very kind as to extend their study material for me for an entire month once I did get my exam scheduled so i could freshen up on the material. I finished my exam in 90 min (you have 3 full hours to complete the exam) and everyone in the room looked at me as I got up to leave the exam room, thinking I had thrown in the towel or just given up bc it was just at the half-time mark! Well instead of agonizing over every question I breezed through it and even the attendants looked at me surprised bc I had just passed the Real Estate exam no problem, in a breeze and far ahead of everyone else in the room. This review is only for their Basic Package $99. It was what I was looking for. A cheap option to satisfy a requirement to get a salesperson license from CA BRE. Going through the course material, there were some mistakes. To me, they seemed pretty obvious to pick out (where the answer to the quiz question was directly contradicted by the chapter). The owner/author probably would benefit from going through the coursework again. (I believe the owner of the company is a co-author on all the material). As for the exam review itself, I just checked out a book from a local library which did the job. In general, I also believe in reading at least 2 different authors to get a different take. In doing so, I found most of the coursework was applicable and accurate. In retrospect, I think if I only studied the coursework, I would have passed. I would definitely recommend this course to someone else. I'm giving 4 stars only because of the few mistakes I did find. Of note, other than signing up and receiving the material, I never called in except to set up the account. read more

The premier real estate online prep course! Pros: all you need to prepare for the state exam. This innovative software system walks you through preparation for the 3 certificates needed. Then you can take their exam and get certified for all the certificates needed to register to take the final state exam. Pricing is completely reasonable and they provide both full online and textbook versions with a bonus guarantee for passing the exam on your first attempt (they will pay for repeat exam fee). Kris was extremely helpful throughout the process of signing up and also with any questions after the fact. Highly recommend this software prep service. They also have several thousand exam like questions for practice leading up to final state exam. Cons: nothing worth noting Novelty: extremely affordable and very user friendly , A++! read more

This is the best starting point. All you do is call the number, Bob answers the phone and you ask any question and rest assured you will get all the answers. You sign up and in three months you get your licence (so long that you read through the books properly). It is not expensive and I have tried others that are 3 to 4 times more expensive and not very easy to follow. Had I known about License Solution earlier I would have enrolled in the first place. The moment I opened the first book, I knew I will pass the exams first time. It was a very good learning experience, if you have any question you call and there is a real person who knows you by name on the other end. I am 100% satisfied with License Solution read more

I strongly recommend License Solution for three major reasons; 1. Exemplary customer service: Gene replies to emails in less than an hour, with a positive and friendly attitude. He proved that he is not about money and he is all about student success. 2. The course material was easy to understand and well designed. just enough to help one learn what needs to be learned. 3. Last and the best; the exam prep test (simulated) is SO CLOSE to the BRE exam! during the BRE test I felt as if I am taking one of License Solution prep exams, it felt so good! Thanks to the quality of the course and prep tests I walked off the BRE exam room in almost 80 minutes! Don't look any further as this is what you need, PLUS THE PRICE IS EXTREMELY REASONABLE! Complete waste of money. I had my real estate license in MI. I decided to study and receive my CA license. This company (appears to be out of the trunk of a car), seemed intriguing due to the low cost and the powerful salesmanship over the phone. I received my books and was horrified. The font is so huge, it makes reading very uncomfortable. Huge fonts are understandable for elderly people (I own three elderly care homes), but if this was a reputable company, they would offer regular font books as well. Zero illustrations. Terrible coverage of information. Many mistakes in the books. Definitely out of date information. When I called to inquire if there were books available with smaller print, I was talked at in a condescending manner. He physiologically berated me for "not being compassionate for older customers"! Compassion is who I am, I care for the elderly. He was rude and very unprofessional. They are also very sketchy in their website about how long you have to finish. They have two very different dates in the same paragraph. When I called to ask which date was the correct one, I received a recording. After two days of a recording at various times, I left a message. It took three days for a return call and he reassured me they know there is misconstrued information on the site regarding times, but that is how it is. It made no sense to me unless they were working some kind of car-trunk-business. When I looked up terms from the book on the internet, I found the book information to be very out of date! The questions they were asking after each chapter were not relevant to the state exam! I purchased a different companies books and voilà, illustrations of all the needed contracts, maps, townships, metes and bounds, much more... all there in easy to read format. When I looked up the book questions, this new company is right on. A good clue this company is up to date, the computer coincided with the book and their books are dated with the year made because they update their books when needed. Note that License Solution does not update their book information to keep up with the laws and changing ways. That would cost money, just as offering the books in readable print for all would cost money. This is not a reputable company. I am not finished here. I am reporting to the BBB. Read the 5 star reviews, notice they all "sound" the same! These are not real. Don't be ripped off like I was! Isn't it strange that the few reviews here are all 5 stars and basically say the exact same thing?! This screams "scam." I really felt I researched the different companies before choosing License Solution. I obviously did not thoroughly research these companies. Please choose anyone else! You will waste your money. Yes, License Solution is cheapest, but the information they provide is useless! After fully reading these books and then the books by another company, I am certain License Solution is a scam! Right out of the trunk of a car - or very close! Please do your research, this company can take months away from you reaching your real estate license. I had to start over with a reputable company to get the pertinent information to pass the test. I want to save others from wasting their time. read more

Super easy to use, fast, understandable content and great customer service. I passed my exam on the first try and felt very well - prepared.

Let me first start by saying I give every company credit for trying! However, this is another perfect example of how flawed our educational system really is. The only way to learn is by taking action and actually doing the job as a way to internalize the techniques and concepts (10% theory 90% action). Sitting at home and reading this mumbo jumbo until you're blue in the face is not an effective strategy. This is why so many kids come out of university/college and have no idea how to be effective in the world and make money. These books and exams are no different. You will read information that does not coincide with the questions that pop up on the tests, and even if you manage to pass you will come out with no understanding on how to be a realtor and how this business actually works in real life situations. The information in these books contain a lot of lawyer talk, and unless you've been doing this for over 3 years you cannot possibly understand it. It just makes me laugh, hah. My advice is to utilize youtube videos of people in the business, as well as finding a real estate agent that can act as a mentor and take you out infield to actually learn the ropes. Over time (a year or more) you will begin to internalize the information to prepare you. Then you will get your chance to be successful in this field. Best of luck! read more
