Highly recommend - this was the first time visiting here and the other DMVs we had been to were much slower and tedious.

Not only are they having to do their job, but they're also having to deal with belligerent people. I can understand the frustration of waiting. I waited in line for 2 hours today in the sun outside to just get inside to wait about 30 more minutes. But when have you ever went to the BMV and been in and out? These people have a job to do and they're trying to keep you safe at the same time. I respect them just as I respect any other person. They are trying to do their job and make sure that it's done correctly, so please be patient with them and understanding. There is one lady in there that isn't nice and understanding, but she could have had a lot of belligerent people come to her today. I do not judge people based off of first time experiences because they may not be that way all the time. Think about the times that you have been upset and had to be at work, you didn't want to smile either. But, they were all very professional and did their job exceptionally well. If you have to bring a little bit more information do that. Be prepared for anything when you come. Bring all proofs of insurance documentation, proofs of address, whatever it is that you think you need bring a little bit more, just in case. It will save you and them a lot of time! It's conveniently located. They are constantly cleaning. It's well lit. The temperature is nice inside. The person who helped me was overly helpful and friendly! I would recommend at this time.
