Shouldn't that have been included for the outrageous fee we already paid. Very Unprofessional. They said they would give us a discount of $300 and I signed the paperwork and my wife had to come the next day after she got off work. They moved the discount to $250 and never said anything about it. When I called the office about it the manager said they could only do $250 and didn't know anything about the $300. Poor customer service and extremely poor communication. I don't recommend this office it appears the take advantage of their customers with high prices and lack of communication.
