I've used them for the last…read more3 yrs for my business taxes - the first year was horrible, but I went in person and the questions the tax prep person was asking made me question if she was able to do my business taxes. After several text messages asking questions about what I thought was simple business expenses --- she did pull it off and get my taxes e-filed by the S Corp tax filing date in March of that year. Each year got worse; you'd think it would be simplier since they already had my business info onfile - but not so, last year, I got many runarounds, each time acting like they were doing my taxes, wks passed on updates, when I'd call - it would be shallow answers and no calls returned. Last year, I ended up having to do my own personal taxes on tax day because they kept acting like they would do the taxes - but on tax day, not returned calls - I had to do them myself on tax day!! yeah, I did get a call at 2:30 that day, saying they were ready to review them with me --- but I told them I had to go ahead and do them myself since I hadn't heard back from them, and it was TAX day! This year, it was new staff there - but even worse; they did an online mtg with me in mid Feb; the person I spoke with seemed confused about the business expense part - which was simple in my view... I called again several times over the past mth to see if they taxes were being done - because today is TAX day again for businesses. Yesterday I left a call with a young man who answered their phone, no returned calls. So I had to do my own taxes again today for my business this time! Glad they were pretty simple and it's a small business! I'm finished with them... even thinking about contacting a lawyer about how they have added stress to my life by acting like they are doing my business taxes, and then not doing them right up to and on TAX day! HORRIBLE business and employees there who just don't care about taxes, or helping people with their tax filings.

If they missed something the program finds it then they have to go back and fix. I just think the price needs to come down a bit but overall not a bad place to get your taxes done.
