My wife was rear ended by a person with Liberty Mutual auto insurance. They refuse to pay the…read moremedical bills until a settlement is reached. My wife has been hounded by the hospital, ambulance, doctor's offices, labs, etc... for over a year. We self pay our bills and do not have 'Health Insurance'. With sympathy to the chiropractor and massage therapists, we have paid them out of pocket. Liberty Mutual insists that they pay 'reasonable costs' which they insist is 1/2 of actual bills. WE ALREADY PAID THE CHIRO & MSG BILLS AS THEY DO NOT NEGOTIATE! Let me ask anyone reading this... if your car was rear ended and pushed 150' down the road from a dead stop, lost work for weeks due to extensive pain and bruising to legs, knees and jarring of your seatbelted body, and additionally enduring the pain and comfort... does less than $6k sound fair to you and additionally getting stiffed for $1200 unreimbursed bills? ...AND THE CAR~ we got 2/3 of the value of the car. They 'only work off local comps' and adjust to achieve the value they place on the car. We loved the immaculate car and found three that were similar- FL, CA & PA. Should have gotten $4-$6k more. The amounts we are being cheated out of would t cover a lawyer. This company needs to advertise and less and compensate the accident victims more fairly. Never had Liberty Mutual and NEVER will. My wife and I pity the fool that expects fair coverage by Liberty Mutual. Our experience speaks for itself.

After waiting weeks with no follow up from Jason, he finally ended up answering my email (not even a common courtesy phone call) stating his underwriters were unaware of my claims, even though I made sure Jason was fully aware of my exact situation. Our initial agreement was for State Farm to contact my mortgage company and bill them directly but now Jason keeps harassing me with an overdue balance. He wasted my time and is not a man of his word. He clearly lacks the knowledge needed when it comes to handling a challenging situation and gives out false information. He is the kind of insurance agent that you need to watch out for... I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND HIM TO ANYONE!
