I have lived here over nine years now. This is truly affordable living in a beautiful established community. The people here are friendly and our homes are owner occupied only, no rentals allowed, which makes a big difference in mobile home communities. We the residents bought the park and formed a co-op a couple years ago and more and more amenities keeping coming to us since. I've seen some bad reviews that indicate that we don't like children or we've had to evict someone. Yes, there are rules here. Children are welcome to play in their own yard and in any public areas, just not in other people's yards with no permission. And yes, if you don't pay your lot rent, you will be evicted.
