We recently moved into our new home and the first hot day realized that ac upstairs was not…read morecooling. I searched online to find someone who could come out and take a look at the unit. Honest A/C was very highly rated. Tony did not disappoint. All the reviews were very accurate. He was a little later than he had said he would be but called to keep me updated. When he arrived, he encouraged me to be there while he looked things over and took the time to explain what he was looking for each step of the way. He discovered a small leak in a relief valve, repaired it and topped off the refrigerant. The unit is now cooling properly. The price was very fair and he was only interested in fixing the problem not upselling me parts or services I don't want or need. We will definitely be using Honest A/C again and recommending them to others.
