Here is my story: My name is Robbie and I am in the antique business, antique clocks to be exact. I am constantly buying items from Estate Sales and usually I am most of the time able to easily ship directly from the person that is running the estate sale, but in this case it just so happened that a perfect storm occurred. #1. The Estate Sale featured an extremely valuable item that I almost would've driven to California to get myself lol. #2 The Estate Sale operator wouldn't work with me and told me I had to be there "IN LINE" to get the item. #3 The Sale was 3000 miles from Iowa in Long Beach California!! Chances are in this situation I definitely wouldn't have had a prayer of obtaining the item, but then a miracle happened!! Enter Coverall Delivery...... So I did some research to try to make this happen. I read a review of Coverall Delivery and decided that I would give it a shot. I talked to Robert and explained my situation. Robert was more than professional and even had an interest in trying to make this work for me. So we struck a deal and made a plan........then the plan changed again! The Executer of the Estate Sale informed me that in order to have a chance to get the item in question, we were going to have to be there by 6:00 AM!!!! Are you kidding me??? Let's make the impossible more difficult haha. So I called Robert and informed him of the situation, unbelievably he agreed to the new time....I can say for sure if I would've had family in Long Beach they wouldn't have done this for me, not even if I paid them!! Needless to say I was blown away by his "can-do" attitude and the willingness to make a complete stranger happy all the way across the country. The end of the story: Robert showed up early, about 5:50 AM, waited in line to get into the estate sale for 2 hours! He entered the estate sale and picked up the item and scored a touchdown! Robert promptly rushed the item to the agreed upon UPS Store and dropped this extremely rare, gorgeous antique clock off safe and sound. Robert sent me pictures to verify that he was leaving the clock in their possession. A job well done!!!! Long story short: I blindly trusted Robert to get a very valuable item from a horribly tentative situation to an agreed on location. Robert came through beyond my expectations, honestly I couldn't have done better myself, I probably would've overslept!! Robert, I thank you so much for your very personal attention to this job. I can only hope that the next time this occurs it's in Long Beach so we can work together again! Please call Robert if you need anything delivered or picked up.
