At 8:00am I was the first in, but then discovered I had to so sign-in in via an app (Solv) which, since it was my first time, I had additional paperwork to fill out. Not surprising, but when finished with paperwork, the Solv app told me I was now 3rd in waiting line. Annoying, but whatever, as long as there is a rapid test available (and there was). Fast forward to 8:33am. Only 1 person has been seen and left in 33 minutes. Not impressive. When I am seen, the nurse ends up having to reenter all the information I put in my app into her system. Everything. Address, DOB, etc... All the info I put into Solv is now being reinput manually by the nurse. Redundant and time-consuming. Otherwise, it was fine. Nothing else overly impressive or poor.

Loudly. Multiple people were looking at her and one lady left, shaking her head. Now, those things are frustrating, but I would deal with that over again if I never had to meet Russell Vanderlinden. NP Russell Vanderlinden is HORRIBLE. He came into the room, before asking me any questions whatsoever, and IMMEDIATELY started criticizing me for having my fallopian tubes removed, when he had no idea WHY I had to have it done. He asked me why I would want to remove a 'perfectly good part of my body' (hey jerk, it WASN'T a perfectly good part of my body, and it HAD to be done). This had absolutely nothing to do with why I was there. He did not ask my medical history. He did not ask my current medications. When I told him why I was there, he said, "well, unfortunately, I can't send everyone like you to the hospital." I had not even mentioned anything hospital-worthy, and I never found out what he meant by "everyone like you". He also claimed my complaints were "odd shit", and he got extremely uninterested. Next, he came back to the room 30-45 minutes later and asked, "ADHD or autism?" I asked him to clarify, and he said I must have "something like that wrong with me" and asked me which one I have. Lastly, he didn't know what was wrong, so he prescribed me a steroid prescription and muttered something about "odd shit" again. By the end of this visit I felt extremely unheard, disrespected for choices I made (and HAD to make) with my own body, and overall frustrated. People like this man are why so many people, especially women, are ignored and treated poorly in medical situations. I will NEVER go here again, and I hope Russell eventually gets his license taken away. He is a garbage human being, and I hope someone treats him the way he treats his patients.
