I have had a terrible experience with this company. It all started off OK the products looked to be just what I wanted and at the right price. However I had some questions. For a week I left several answer phone messages and emailed, but no-one got back to me. When I did finally speak to someone I asked what the chances of having the goods by that weekend would be. He said there would be a good chance, so I ordered over £600 worth of goods. By the third day I had, had no order update so I rang and was told it would be another week as some of the items were out of stock (hmm, not advised about this at time of ordering!) After a bit of complaining they finally agreed to send out most of the items, which came and subsequently some didn't fit. However I was told that if I returned them I would be liable for a £40 delivery charge (it had originally been free as I had spent over £599). So now I'm stuck with 3 toilet seats that don't fit and would probably snap if you sat on them anyway they are so flimsy. So I was told that the rest of my items were now in, I asked for them to be delivered on a certain day so I could be in all day..'not a problem' they say. So I wait at home all day-no delivery! I ring to ask why and am emailed back to say it is the couriers fault and that they are scheduled for delivery on Monday now (no apology for my wasted day, I might add). Monday comes and still no delivery. Try ringing Liberty, no answer. Email them asking for a tracking no for the delivery, and am told they cannot provide this. Still no word as to where my items are. Just down-right bad customer service. Beware!!! read more

Do not order from Liberty Bathrooms if you would like to receive your ordered items! We ordered a bath from Liberty Bathrooms on their website. It said the bath was in stock and would be delivered within 3-7 days. They then phoned us to try and give us an alternative bath which we refused. They then charged us for our bath, said we had been allocated one and said that they would call us to arrange delivery. They didn't. We had to phone them 6 times to chase up the delivery as nobody could confirm a delivery date or get back to us when they said they would. After three phone calls today, it turns out they do not have the bath in stock and they had refunded us the money without discussing it with us first. When we asked for an explanation we were advised that they could not give us one. So we have been waiting 11 days to receive no bath! The bath is still showing as in stock on their website totally misleading to customers. Awful customer service, no communication, I would strongly advise to avoid at all costs!! read more

Had looked at lots of other sites but found libertybathrooms.com really easy to navigate and the pricing and delivery costs really clear. Had to call the company to clarify a couple of points, but my call was answered quickly and by a really friendly and helpful guy. Ordered online (after a lot more messing around on other sites which was a bit frustrating!) and took a few mintues to register, which was quick and simple. The courier called as promised to confirm delivery, and this was, thankfully, only 5 days later and by two really friendly guys only haklf an hour into the three hour delivery slot. They lugged my order into the house without complaining (great as I was on my own that day and couldnt possibly have helped with the bath in particular!!). All in all, am really delighted with the service and delivery, and the suite itself is great quality (plumber was surprised by the quality when I told him I had ordered online and the cost!) really happy customer thankyou! We have had a dreadful experience with this company due to: 1. We were given a date for delivery but no order was received, causing delays in fitting 2. On contacting Liberty Bathrooms they blamed non delivery on their carrier stating the goods were damaged in transit but when the order did finally arrive the carrier advised us the original order was not delivered due to a picking error why lie, Liberty, the truth is always best. 3. The WC we finally received was faulty and had to be returned. 4. We did not receive our refund for 6 weeks following the return and were then abused by email by the customer service team who labelled us as 'nasty people'. Customer care does not seem to be important to this company very bad attitude when things go wrong. I would not use this company again as they are quick to take your money and offer an excellent service that we certainly did not receive. read more

Order (whirlpool bath) placed on 17/09/12 received on 11/10/12, I had to keep chasing them for a delivery date, but not the end of the world, they seem to rely on their suppliers or carriers to contact the customer which is very annoying as the order was placed with Liberty bathrooms, they seem to shirk their responsibility once they have their order & its paid for. No side panel was included with the order (ordered and paid for at the same time) received that on the 16/10/12. The bath was fitted but we have no instructions or warranty for it considering it has electrical equipment, filters etc. this is appalling. If you want to save yourself a lot of hassle buy from someone else. read more

Ordered new bathroom suite last Monday and was completely surprised to get a call on Thursday to organise delivery, which was done on Friday as they had a spare last minute slot. Couldn't believe it! Phoned the helpline over a couple of minor queries I couldn't find an answer to on the website, and was relieved when call was answered quickly and by a really friendly woman who talked me through the website whilst on the phone. Recommend liberty bathrooms as a great alternative to visiting numerous bathroom showrooms, waiting 4 weeks for delivery only to find bits missing - a very positive experience which I will be repeating in a few months when I upgrade my downstairs cloakroom. read more

When we moved into our new house (which was rather sudden) we needed a new bathroom suite quick as the existing one was past its use by date. Because of the large deposit we needed for the property, little was left for improvements, luckily we found Liberty Bathrooms online. We bought the L Shaped Bathroom Suite, it came with absolutely everything- bath, screen, toilet and basin all for under £350! Arriving on time, we were quickly up and running with our fabulous new suite and saved from the hellish bathroom we inherited with the house. Would recommend Liberty Bathrooms to anyone. read more

I just wanted let people know how nice it was to speak with one of Liberty Bathrooms' customer service team today. His name was James and he could not have been nicer. His manner is friendly and above all very reassuring in dealing with the problem I presented. After sales service is vital to customer harmony and many fall short of the mark. However, we have to say that Liberty Bathrooms staff have not let us down. Good company and the new Shower Enclosure and Shower Kit I purchased last week have arrived and been fully installed. Had a great experience with liberty bathrooms - ordered online after a quick call to check out some of the finer details on the bath fittings, and the process was quick and easy. As advised, our delivery guys phoned to confirm a suitable time slot of 3 hours, and the bath was delivered only an hour into the advised slot, by two friendly delivery men. The bath itself is great, was well wrapped and in perfect condition, with the fittings we had discussed on the phone. All in all, a great service, great product and good delivery! Online, browsed, ordered and received 6 days later what more can I say?! Really happy with the quality and finish, and have plumber lined up already to fit my replacement bath. Was really pleased to find one so similar to my old clawfoot, but with a modern twist, and when it arrived I knew I'd made the right choice.
