By far the WORST banking expierence i've ever had... EVER…read more These crooks were charging me 7$ a month for a maitainence Fee on my checking account. Then what really fired me up was these criminals were charging me A $3.50 atm Fee if i used a different ATM ONTOP of the fee the other bank was charging SO i was essentially paying 6$ for an ATM FEE. And when i opened my account JOE WELLS FARGO manager assured me i was paying no unneccessary fees. This bank is a joke. I reccomend any other bank Then when i asked to bump my ATM daily limit from 300$ to 600$ they looked at me like i was a moron and told Me "sorry thats only For VIP customers". What a bunch of morons. Im glad i left THE customer service is THE WORST. Ive waited over 20 minites in there on several occasions. Thia bank is pathetic and will try to take your money any chance you get

A very poor business decision in today's market. The management in this branch, is poorly educated and needs to be more aware of good customer relations. I would rate my experience as zero stars. Respectfully, George

The technical issues with the ATMs are quite consistent and there's always something "wrong." My favorite is they really don't know how to answer any of your questions and frequently have to delete transactions and start over again. When our father passed away he was instrumental in helping us navigate that challenging and confusing time with sincere kindness. I've worked with a few financial advisers who have only been out to upsell me to things I don't need to earn high fees- Essex is not like that and it's a breath of fresh air! Very high recommend- thank you Patrick!!

It is quite important to ensure you have those skills in someone when you are a first-time home buyer. You will hit the lottery if you use Bobby Papadopulos as your loan officer. There are not enough words to express the upmost gratitude and satisfaction with his services or his team. There are so many people in this industry for quick cash and possibly the wrong reasons. Bobby is the complete opposite. I was more than defeated in the home loan process. After a random yet quick search on Yelp, I found Bobby and decided to message him. I see why he has five stars. Although skeptical, because who is perfect? I have seen perfection in his abilities. Bobby allowed me to call him at 7:00 AM, through tears and disarray coming from my end, he stated, "I will help you". My situation was far from easy, he decided to still help us. Through diverse companies not explaining the process or requiring funds without explanation, Bobby held our hands throughout this entire process. From day one to closing day and beyond, Bobby does not leave you. He takes the time to explain to you what is occurring, why it is occurring and how to ensure a successful closing, organize finances and better yourself. He is extremely patient and understanding. He has worked in his personal time to guarantee deadlines would be met and satisfied. Without being local to me, he communicated with agencies near me to get the work done. Five stars does not compare to the amount that he and Contour Mortgage deserves. He has completely changed our lives for the better. Bobby is someone I wish was in every field not just the mortgage company because he brings professionalism, kindness, and perception. If you are looking for a home, find a home with a person who cares about your wellbeing above all. That will shape your mindset for your new journey- Bobby is the person to set you up on the right path. I will highly recommend him to anyone and everyone.
