Heard her on the phone while I waited my turn.....guess one could say she had a smile in her voice. Also liked Dr. Sereda....very pleasant, professionally approachable, NOT condescending or seemingly rushed as many others in the field of medicine. The "icing on the cake" was....the doctor was on time !! Not an isolated occurrence either as other patients have told me so. Keep up the good work staff at Continuum!! Hoping other doctors/staff will follow your example as patients' time is just as valuable as theirs.

I went in to see him for a fourth appointment and after his assessment he determined I didn't need the treatment and sent me happily along my way, no charge!
