Last minute order and Aliza rises to the occasion. Aliza is attentive and responsive to my order. I placed the order in the evening on her website and the next day it was delivered promptly and included a picture of the flowers. Her style and taste in arrangements is exquisite and exceeded my expectations. I will keep her on speed dial for future orders. read more

One of the worst customer experiences I've had. The flowers were overpriced and disappointing, with poor quality that did not remotely justify the price. I expected better, but what really shocked me was the way the owner handled the situation. When I reached out to express my concerns, there was no effort to make things right--just a dismissive and unprofessional attitude. Good businesses stand behind their products, but that clearly was not the case here. If you're looking for fresh flowers and honest customer service, I strongly recommend taking your business elsewhere. There are plenty of florists that value their customers and deliver quality products. Unfortunately, this shop did neither. I regret spending my money here and would not return. read more

Incredible service! I just told Aliza to make something up with my favorite flowers and colors. She put a beautiful bouquet together in less than 5 minutes! Spectacular! read more

Extremely disappointing experience with Li- Flowers. I had met with her many times including the week before the wedding to confirm all our requests. On the day of the wedding, I walked in expecting everything to be ready. Instead, I found her still working on the Chuppah canopy where we were supposed to take our family pictures. Those pictures never happened! The buccaneers and bridal bouquets arrived late in the middle of some of our religious pre-wedding ceremonies. On our Livestream, you see the florist running around finishing the tables, chuppah and, decorating the cake. I walked into the venue ready to enjoy and greet my guests with a smile. On the contrary, I was completely stressed and embarrassed that nothing was ready and finished while the guests were at Cocktail Hour. Overall, completely unacceptable, unprofessional and, upsetting! Would never recommend her! read more

I just received flowers for my Girl Friends birthday last second. Li-Flowers did exceptional job with the roses and the efficiency in which they did them! Definitely recommend! read more

Went to this Florist in a panic because a very well known national chain in the Davie area screwed up my order and left me in a lerch for anniversary flowers for my wife. Not only was the owner (Aliza) accommodating, but she was very pleasant and did a great job with the flowers purchased. I would definitely recommend this Florist. read more

The owner is very rude and has no customer service. She was more worried about how much I was willing to spend instead of giving me what I actually wanted. I can understand trying to keep me in the budget but I never said that I had a budget. I'm assuming she judged me from the way I looked. When I finally decided to get a dozen roses, she wanted to give them to me with all of the leaves and thorns on there. I buy roses quite often and I have never had to bring them home to my girlfriend with all of the leaves and thorns on them. I asked her if she could clean them up a bit and the owner got upset, she told me that I would have to pay more. I did not mind paying more at all but the fact that she got upset turned me off and I did not want the flowers anymore. As I was walking out, she called me cheap and stupid. This was a very unfortunate situation because I was really excited when I got to the store. I definitely do not recommend this flower shop. The flowers in there are average, the store is pretty unattractive, and the rude owner is definitely a reason to stay away from this shop. Save yourself the hassle and go to Publix or a different flower shop. read more

Tomorrow is my daughters 30th birthday. I thought I was as ready as could be with social distancing and can't be there myself. I thought I ordered the Rose Bear on line with Groupon last week. I misunderstood the directions and called Aliza at 4:30 asking about the flowers. She explained how the process is supposed to work and promised to get the flowers to my daughter tonight, and she did!! She was so excited when her Rose Bear arrived. They are beautiful and exactly as promised. Thank you so much for your quick response, attention to the situation and helping make the best of a birthday under the crazy circumstances of our time. read more

I had a great experience ordering my flowers and owner went out of her way to help on an arrangement for a memorial. I called in a panic with two hours to spare and she wanted to get right to work so she could have them delivered. I ordered "Elegant Women" in a premium size and it was STUNNING! It is a white orchid and roses mix with soft green accents and really beautiful. I am admittedly fussy when it comes to flower arrangements, finding a lot to be a little bit tacky - many times with the ferns, carnations, and mediocre fillers but this just the opposite. Truly elegant! Thank you! read more

I was supposed to receive my Valentines order by 5pm on 02/14 did not receive it until 2pm 02/15. My Fiance paid extra for expedited service. The flowers that I received were wilted dried and brown all around the edges. There were broken and limp branches. They lost the card my Finance wrote to be put inside. The bouquet looks nothing like what he ordered from Telaflora. The florist claims they did not receive the order from Telaflora until 8pm on 02/14. read more

Horrible Horrible delivery service if you want the Most Beautiful flowers & arrangements the place is a must, but take them with you.. They must look into a reliable delivery man!! Valentines was not ruin completely but I had never had more anxiety until now. Trying to stall so she didn't leave the office. The gift was supposed to be delivered before noon... before she leaves her office and let's say it's 3:25pm and she still hasn't seen the gift and has to swing back by her office after a few meetings to pick it up... The timing totally through the day off as it's 3:27 now I'm going to start preparing the meal I wanted to cook for us... I need a drink. The delivery was my only problem she wanted to give me a total refund which didn't make any sense to do it. It get there when it get there is what I said to my self to calm down. I wanted the reaction to the gift before lunch break to set the ambience for the other things to come. Welp. read more

I will not suggest ordering from this establishment. It took several attempts to pick up my order. The owner offered me a lower price but charged me the full price on my credit card. Never again. The one star is for the beauty of the arrangement read more

Very unique Flowers. I came to get flowers for my moms birthday and i couldn't have been happier. She made me a special boutique of flowers that sparked a smile on my Mother's Face that I haven't seen in a long time. Such an amazing mix of flowers, I asked her to pick out for me because I don't know much about flowers so without her help I wouldn't have gotten such nice flowers honestly. So I can't thank Li-Flowers enough!! Best Flower spot in the area hands down! read more
