Although I was not in a hurry for the service, Moe asked if he could come to my home in the next couple of days to assess the situation...which he did upon setting up a service call. He arrived on time, removed & took my vertical blind track back to his shop, and returned 2 days later with his son Nathan with the less expensive solution completed. Moe & Nathan added a couple of details to the existing blinds at no charge whatsoever. They even repaired a vertical blind at no charge.
