Been here a few times with my Lexus hybrid and the service is not great! Lexus promises its customers excellent service, so they should as the service has to be done by Lexus, and it costs a small fortune!! £600 to be exact for the one we had! A courtesy car is always a Lexus! When we came for a booked date, we were given a not very clean manual transmission Mazda...good thing I can drive both!! We brushed it off! Now we recently had the windscreen sprayer on front window changed...the spray remains just as it was, before! Today I'm sat in their so called lounge waiting for the recall to be done. I was told, no need for courtesy car as it only takes an hour. It's 2 hours now, and I'm thirsty and grumpy. We were offered a cup of coffee when we arrived, nothing since, no apology for delay. The chairs are killing my back and I'm starting to yearn for Toyota services where excellent coffee can be had , where we can help ourselves! But no, this is Lexus which advertises comfort and luxury while you wait!! Might consider driving all the way to Reading and see if they deliver on what they promise!! read more
