Couple of things I noticed on my detour, lots of families have patio furniture or hang out areas on the grass or in the parking spot near their well. There is a pool (or two) and the bathhouse is updated and clean. Driving around, I thought this looked like a great place to hang out and I bet people have a lot of fun. We can't say enough great things about Doug and everyone else that works there. Doug took his time to explain what needed to be done, he did a fantastic job with finding everything that needed fixing in motor which is a total relief, he got the kicker mounted perfectly!
