I am posting the receipt of my dry cleaning bill for 3 pieces. One pair of jeans, one cotton…read morejumper, and one cotton dress was $46.92 with taxes! The cost of cleaning costed more than what I had paid for them combined! I had also dropped off two pieces to have alterations: one jumper to replace zipper, and one jumper to sew the helm back on one pants leg. I called to ask if that was ready and thankfully, it finally was after it took one month for the alterations to be completed after being told on September 7th, it would be ready in two weeks. I was quoted $65 and change and I asked if that included the dry cleaning and she said No! I can't even remember the exact amount because I was flabbergasted of the amount! I told the RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL employee that I was going to pay for the alterations but I would NEVER have anything else done there because of the price gauging cleaning services and I would let people know about their outrageous prices on Reviews and elsewhere!! The employee was quick to cut me off and say Ma'am you'll need to tell this to my manger, Sunday Skipper and then said, Wait let me see. OK, well you had two alterations done, one to.replace a zipper and sew the helm and I said correct but apparently thats didn't even include the dry cleaning! I paid $24.99 for one jumper and $29.99 for the other! Wow! Then she began to raise her voice after I politely said I'm coming to get my clothes and pay for the services but I won't be coming back and said Well Ma'am take that up with and I cut her off and said, No need, I won't be back and I'll be posting this online for others to know about this. Beware customers!

Get in and realize I can't use coins and I can't even use my debit card- I have to put money on a card (which it charges a fee for) which is very inconvenient when you only have a set amount of money for your laundry. Not to mention the machine you use to load the card doesn't even take coins- luckily I had cash. Finally manage to get my money on the laundry card and it's almost 7$ to use one large machine (because I didn't have 11$ to spare to use 2.) Wash my laundry then have to move it 3x because 2 of the dryers I try the dryers aren't working. Finally spend the last of my money and dry for 25 minutes. The timer goes off and my laundry is still wet- even the small items are still damp. I cave and try to put another dollar or two on my card (card machine takes 5 tries to even read the card, a problem I saw many people experience), once it finally works the machine tells me it's 10$ minimum which, once again is very annoying when you only have 40$ to last you until next payday. I've never had these issues at another laundromat. I finally got fed up and went home to hang up the wet laundry myself
