My son took his car to Lewis Collision Center. The staff was incredibly friendly and professional, taking the time to explain the issue with his car. They completed the repairs quickly and efficiently, and I was happy with the final price. They did a great job! My Son was home for the holiday break from college. They had his car up and ready for him to return to College on time. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Lewis Collision Center. R & J Johnson read more

They took a whole month to work on my car. I had to call and force them to give me an update each time. From the beginning I was told unrealistic dates. I understand it takes a while to get parts in but this was ridiculous and no one would tell me anything. I got so many promises of being called back but never was. Absolutely horrible communication. Since my car was in the original shop and my estimator was moved to the other one I was bounced around so much. Thank God, my insurance paid for most of it and I only had to pay a small deductible. read more

I took my Jeep in, to have a fender, grill, and bumper replaced, and hood painted. Three weeks later I called and was told my Jeep will be ready on Monday. On Tuesday I had not heard from them, so went to the office and the job was not finished. I went to eat and they said it would be done. Hour later, the team was doing the competition overview. I paid and left. Next day when looking over my Jeep. Two of the four jobs were wrong. The fender was the wrong size, flair extension for the fender was not put on, electrical wires hanging out, and several rivets were missing from the inner fender. And the funny thing, they unwound the winch to take it off the bumper. They wound the rope up on one side. When calling the shop I was on hold for the manager for 26 min. read more

Avoid Lewis Collision at All Costs! Over a year and a half ago, I brought my car to Lewis Collision, and it was a mistake I've regretted ever since. During the detailing process, their staff vacuumed up several important parts I had left in the floorboard. Despite repeated follow-ups, those parts were never replaced--and to this day, I have never been indemnified for the loss. Against my better judgment, I recently brought my car back after a minor accident where a kid opened their door into my front fender. I just picked it up this morning--and I am beyond disappointed. First, when I got home, I noticed a large O-ring from one of their clipboards had fallen onto my dashboard and left a noticeable mark. How that even got left in the car is beyond me. Second, there was a long scratch right above the repaired area--the exact spot that was supposed to be fixed--that hadn't even been addressed. The work was sloppy and careless. I went back in and spoke to the general manager, who told me I had never been there before--even though it's the same ownership. She was dismissive and didn't take the time to listen to what I was saying. I spent two full hours in that office. Not one person offered me an apology. No one offered a solution. No one even offered a simple gesture of customer service like a bottle of water or a Coke. After two terrible experiences, I can confidently say: Do NOT bring your vehicle here. The lack of professionalism, accountability, and basic customer care is astonishing. And again--I still have never been indemnified for the damage they caused a year and a half ago. read more

HONESTLY WHO GLUES A TRUCK TOGETHER!!! I've came here before and didn't have problems until now I will never use Lewis again I brought in a brand new 2022 Toyota Tundra that was hit from the back had to leave it there for a month picked it up a month later the whole back tailgate, taillight and bumper were messed up crooked and not even hooked in or installed correctly. So I had to drop it off again and they said they would fix it took it back picked it up the next day still crooked bumper and broken parts and clips from "new parts they ordered" they told us to drop it off one more time they could fix it so I did. Went to pick it up again and I could see that the parts that were broken had a little bit of glue and one part still looked broken so I told them and they got the manager and the manager said no he trusted his employees so we decided let's take it apart then with the manager standing there and see who's wrong they couldn't even take it apart when they were able to pry it open a little chunks of glue were falling out and when I asked for the list of parts they ordered they never ordered some of the broken parts they tried to fix them with glue!!!! I was obviously frustrated and I told them well I can just leave it and I'll go pick up a rental and just actually fix it. Right away the manager responded "I'm not paying for that rental" what kind of service is that. The truck is now getting inspected and they found all the new parts they ordered are broken or never even ordered new ones just glued them. The manager should know how bad this looks and how bad they messed up and instead argues that we need to pay a rental and leave the truck so they can order new parts and no I don't trust them after this so no I will not leave my truck and I will never take any more of my trucks with them ever again. read more

well where do i start. car needd to be fixed from the dealer. they told us these guys are awesome and gm certified.... this business has no business doing paint and body work. bought a new car. ended up it had hail damage we were not told about. that had been supposedly fixed by lewis, they used the PDR system which left bubbles in paint. dealer agreed to have it fixed to 100 % well lewis must have grabbed a teenager off the street to oversee and attempt to fix all that was wrong with the finish on the car and dented trim . hood needed to be repainted. well it was and had trash in the paint, paint color does not even match the rest of the car. did not fix all areas needing repaired. had it 2 1/2 weeks. fixed all dented trim except one piece interior in back looked like a toddler had been turned loose in it unattended. long story short now.....DO NOT TAKE A VEHICLE HERE!!!!!!! THEY HAVE NO IDEA WHAT THEY ARE DOING...PERIOD. in my past years i have been a quality control auditor and a paint and body guy. now I work in customer service for the last 20 years for a Fortune 500 business, this is totally unacceptable. they ruined what was already a car in need of repair to the finish . it will take a professional paint and body shop to fix it. not them obviously !! and not my worry now... dealer is trying to find us a replacement in the same color which is a special color.....good luck to anyone that leaves a vehicle here... read more

Their "max three days" job ended up taking two weeks. All while I I was paying for a rental car. No communication from them at all - I had to call them to find out the car was ready. Stay away from this place. read more

THERE WORD MEANS NOTHING TO THEM. Took truck in for insurance hail job. Had an unrelated dent in the cab and told them as long as they fix that too. Phone call to pick truck up that it is finished. Dent is not fixed and now they tell me that it would be a separate claim and deductible. They say sorry that they can fix it for another $1600.00 Now they have fixed the hail I have no leverage to use at a different shop. If they had told me they were not going to fix it I would have not used them and they knew that. This job $6600.00. Have a second vehicle with an estimate of $8000 from them. Told them to cancel that job that they will not get any of my business now or ever. There reply was sorry to hear that. Sounded to me like we don't care. read more

This feedback is for potential customers. I'm not seeking anything from Lewis Collision. I can't speak to their quality of work, you'll read why. Their estimates seem reasonable. Here's the feedback, brought my Jeep in for an estimate, the front end of the hood was dented just damage to the skin, no structural nor inside damage hood opened and closed no issues. They gave me 2 estimates, that was their idea not mine, one to repair hood another to replace hood. This was a 100% customer paid repair, we choose the repair hood estimate. Two business days later we dropped off the jeep for the repair work and about an hour later received a call and they told us we had to have a new hood, the estimator had now said they can't repair the hood for the original 8 hour estimate. So it was either pay up for the new hood or nothing! No option to pay for a couple more hours, they absolutely were not going to stand behind their estimate. So if you take your vehicle there just be aware they may not stand behind their estimate. read more

Had some work done at Lewis Collision Center and they did an amazing job. Everyone was so nice and very helpful. Yessica, the receptionist, was very helpful and made me feel that my car was in good hands. Thank you Lewis Collision Center! read more

Lewis Collision Center has been excellent in my experience. I've had two repairs done on my Honda Odyssey. One was the result of a deer running into my car and the other was a result of running into an object backing up. Their team was courteous and professional. The damage repair has been quite good. Paint matched up perfectly, bumpers repaired or replaced were perfect. I have been very satisfied. I had one follow-up problem with a bumper clip, so I dropped by and they fixed it immediately. I have complete confidence in their commitment to customer satisfaction. read more

Don't expect to get your car back in a month and it be fixed. Also, you will not receive a phone call from them (EVER)! You'll even have to call them to find out that your car is ready, only to pay $3800.00 and drive off and find out car is still broken. #onemadcustomerstillwithoutacar Future: use a different body shop read more

I've gone to Lewis collision center twice now to get an estimate. Both times I was told people were out to lunch and asked me to come back--obviously when it is more convenient for them. Don't know if they're any good at repair work, but they're lousy at running a business. read more
