We talked for 30' asking different questions about my case and she told me that she was going to email me with a questionaire to fill out and send back. I was looking my emails every day. She never got back to me. On 09/12/2025 I've called them back to ask if they had my email address written wrong. The receptionist followed the same routine as I was contacting them for the first time. She forwarded me to the same laywer and she started asking me the same exactly questions. When I told her if they are interested in my case, she replied we don't do cases like yours and we can refer you to another laywer, although they had originally told me that they were interested. She continued asking the same exactly questions we've been already through. So, I finally told her to stop wasting my time and I will find another laywer that will be interested in me and not only to the size of the case. I've found it totally unprofessional. They don't answer calls they never reply to voicemails or messages they literally blatantly ignore you or put you through to fake extensions which they know nobody will respond to. One representative who works there told me yes the people you need to speak to are here I just saw them walk past my desk, the receptionist I call 1 minute later tells me they're not in. This is supposed to be a representable legal FIRM! Every court case a different person represents you all the time. They try to belittle you if you ask a question about your case. Then the told her her fee was 3000 and went up to 3500 with no explaination of why an extra five hundred. They then told her if she disputes the fee it will take her longer to receive her settlement.
