She asked me to spell my name at least 5 times and I felt that she was very annoyed with my long last name. I asked her to let Leon know to reply my call or email. However, I never got the response. And he added some statements in the drafted settlement document from the opponent attorney, which didn't apply anymore. It costed me almost $1000.
