I went back multiple times for adjustments, but my bite was never right and the pain never stopped. What's worse, I was refused routine cleanings for TWO YEARS because the dentist insisted on fixing this one tooth--something that never actually got resolved. I even asked about removing the tooth and was repeatedly dismissed. Finally, I sought a second opinion. Turns out the tooth was fractured and infected all along and should have been pulled from the beginning. Now I'm dealing with an abscess and a much bigger problem than I started with. This was a long, frustrating, and painful experience that could have been avoided. Please do yourself a favor--get a second opinion before committing to major work here

Despite Dr. Mitchell Finders three attempts to create natural looking dentures, the dentures he created for me remained ill-fitted, causing significant discomfort, difficulty eating, impaired speech and an unnatural appearance. Certified letters were sent to Dr. Finder on June 25, 2025, and July 18,2025 to address this matter. These letters outlined the ongoing problems with the dentures and a request for a refund of $ 1,852.00. The lack of response to these official inquiries was quite concerning. This lack of response was unacceptable and a breach of professional duty to provide appropriate dental care and address patient concerns. The amount paid for the dentures was $1,852.00 and the expectation was to receive dentures that were aesthetically pleasing, functional, comfortable and something that I would be proud to wear. Due to the lack of dignity and respect I have been shown by Dr. Finder, and his staff is unacceptable and appalling. Dr. Finder and Elite Dental Partners refuse to issue me a refund. DO NOT GO TO THIS DENTAL OFFICE. I must get justice for myself. This is how they treat older black adults at this office. In closing, Dr. Finder and Elite Dental Partners demanded that I return to Creve Coeur Dental and allow Dr. Finder to work with me or, they would say I abandoned treatment. Which is a lie. Diane literally screamed at me that she was busy and would not ask Finder about the antibiotics. This was preventable had they just called in the post procedure antibiotics for someone that was in immunosuppressive therapy drugs. My experience? Day 1 Removed 16 teeth and was fitted with full temporary implants. All my decision, could have gone partial, but knew what the future held and went the full Monty. Uppers and Lowers. 1 month evaluation and progress, evaluate healing and gums, your gums shrink after healing, leaving a void between your temps and gums. Water pick is mandatory. 2 months Removed temps, repaired them from grinding (my fault) didn't have my bite guard in. Then they templated my healed gums for permanent teeth. reinstall repaired temps. No charge for repair. 3.5 months return to get my permanent implants. was given the molds made for my process and procedure. Clear choice St Louis was the right providers for me. From a previous experience twenty years ago, I was terrified to have the shots.
