She has been in and out of our home with a house key in her possession and we have always felt safe and secure with her. The cats have always been pleased with her care also. She sends texts/email/photo to you when you're gone so you feel better about being away from your furry friend. We now have a little labradoodle puppy and go to her as well for dog-sitting/boarding. She has a wonderful, easy-going personality and is fantastic with both dogs and cats. We love Elaine and are so blessed to have her in our life as our cat and dog nanny. We wouldn't feel comfortable leaving our fur kids with anyone else (and we are actual parents of a child too so trust is a huge issue!) She also provides dog walking and doggie vacay in her home too. Way better than boarding, they get to have a home away from home! Elaine gets and A+! Services are provided in the San Fernando Valley, Valley Village, NOHO and Studio City.

Matty's Mutts is simply the best dog walker / dog whisperer I've ever had the pleasure of using…read more Matt has a special way with all dogs even the finicky ones. The group park trips are great and I especially love the early morning hikes he does with the pack. The pack is dogs of all shapes and sizes. And my miniature poodle is probably one of the smallest. Matt knows exactly how to keep all of them in line while also ensuring they have a great time. After the hike, my pup comes back happy and tired. Matt is great about sending picture and video updates. I've also used him for his boutique boarding. Also fantastic. They don't take on many dogs at a time and your dog basically becomes part of their family while it's there.

Matt was able to charm her instantly and has since shown her the good life romping around parks in west LA! I really appreciate that he has several different doggie groups and can match your dog with the appropriate outing and pack- she is just not the Runyon Canyon type of gal. More of a running in circles and rolling in the grass... My FAVORITE part about Matty's Mutts is that he takes texts/ Instagrams pictures so you can see just how much fun your dog is having! This is especially reassuring in the beginning when you're not sure how your dog is handling. I also love that she is being socialized with other dogs, and just being around the other well trained canines, she has started to pick of some of their good habits (ie fetching, heeling, etc). It has also helped her to become more trusting with new people. Matt has been willing to pick up our little Fettuccine from our house in Venice and my office in Marina Del Rey, no problem. He also did a private training consult at our house when we initially got her and were completely lost (Why is she peeing in the hallway in the middle of the night?? How do we make her stop?!) He is kind and patient. Bottom line is that Matt loves his mutts and we're lucky to have joined the team. There is nothing better than knowing that your little fur babe is in good hands!

Once, we had even gone on a 3 week vacation to Europe and I was already feeling anxious about the whole thing, but she always made me feel comfortable. I knew she would provide the same love to my little fur babies as I would. I appreciated her communication the entire time. She has always been so friendly, honest, consistent, professional, and is just an overall wonderful person to work with. We even work with her husband, Lars, and our dogs are obsessed with him and their dogs. They love playing with them and sometimes they bring other dogs that they were sitting to come have a "puppy party"! Our dogs have never had that kind of fun before and love running around the yard chasing everyone, while I am at work. They had clarified that this was "okay" before hand and we were completely on board with the idea! I always tell her that we hope that they never leave since my husband, myself, and our dogs just love them so much. I will say that we have tried a few different dog walkers/sitters over the years and I am not sure if we could ever imagine finding someone like these two again. If you ever get the chance to work with them, you should be so lucky! My heart is so grateful for everything they have done for us (even including washing our corgi after he rolled in poop on a walk! Talk about above and beyond service).
