We had to argue with them to make corrections when the quotes not only had the incorrect type of insurance, incorrect ownership name, wrong property sizes and mixed up mailing address. Basically they got nothing right and then wasted hours of our time trying to get things corrected. Then to make things worse they sent us a payment link which we followed their instructions to pay. Our payment was "lost" and they told us we should file a false fraud claim with our bank/credit card to get a refund and to make the payment again!!!! Save yourself and NEVER use this horrible company. They are NOT insurance experts. We had to keep following up with them and never even got an apology or compensation for our issues they caused.
