I visited the website, went through the process for an online appraisal, and contracted for the service. The listed price was even discounted because I was willing to pre-pay. After completing the purchase for a one-time aeration and feeding, and receiving a confirmation email, I was contacted the following day by Caroline, only to be told that The Green Team "didn't do" one-time services. Frankly, given my confirmation email, I couldn't believe what I was hearing and inquired further about my confirmation email. I was told this must have been a glitch in their system. This was clearly a bait-and-switch, except they reneged on the bait. I MIGHT have contracted with them for additional services in the future, but a company that will go back on an agreed-upon contract is not a company I ever want to do business with again. I'm certain there are better lawn care choices.

They did a wonderful job and charged less than the original quote, even with doing a little more work. Each time they came out they told us it needed to be weathered which did not prove to be correct. His young employees are just that- young and unknowledgeable of how to treat clients and how to honor what their boss promised the client. Ryan Richards and all of his employees need a training course on customer service. Ryan Richards informed me he was tired of dealing with his workers and was thinking of closing his business; and based on my experience, I feel he should.
