My G.P. has since passed away, so they just spread his caseload around to the other G.P.s. I wasn't asked who I wanted as a physician and that kind of bugged me. That was about 17 years ago, so I guess I'm over it. It's a great clinic to get your foot in the door for referrals to specialists. Since the pandemic, I've not seen my doctor, but I did have a check up by phone. I was then required to call in a couple blood pressure readings. Best check up ever!!! P.S. You should get a sphygmomanometer. The offices were renovated a couple years ago. It needed some sprucing up. The main floor lobby now has a coffee bistro. What took so long? I have not used their pharmacy in many years, but I'm glad they have one. The parking sucks. Really bad! So few spots. Ticket dispenser is expensive and hard for seniors to use. Especially since the sun shines directly on it so you can't see the digital readout. Get a ride.

Since approximately 2018, I have experienced ongoing difficulty reaching the clinic by phone after a longstanding pattern of not receiving callbacks after leaving voicemail messages. Calls frequently go unanswered, and voicemail messages are often not returned. This has been a consistent pattern over several years, resulting in limited ability to reliably contact the clinic regarding patient care concerns. On the occasions I have reached "Pat" (office assistant), I have been told she is busy. However, when I attend the clinic in person she has not appeared to be occupied with patient related tasks and has instead been conversing with staff or not engaged in work at the front desk. I have spoken to other patients that attend this clinic and they have the same complaints and find it highly annoying. This creates a barrier to accessing care and communicating with the office. Based on my experience, patients should be aware of communication challenges when dealing with this clinic.

For myself I have seen two of the practitioners there and thoroughly enjoyed my experiences. I saw Dr. Amber McKinnon for naturopath services. She is a very kind Dr who is very knowledgeable in her field. She has provided me with lots of information on holistic health options as well as acupuncture treatments. I also see Valerie Plante for acupuncture. She is very knowledgeable in treatments from Japanese, Chinese medicine and other treatment modalities. I always leave her treatments feeling very balanced and relaxed. She is a very intuitive lady and provides a very relaxing treatment environment. Overall, the office staff are very friendly, they always have tea and filtered water for customers and it is a very calm environment.

Alyssa and Brett have gathered a team equal to themselves in multiple disciplines. Whereas many groups have one shining star and a bunch of learners, 4 Points is an entire firmament. Therefore, I never get stuck on my health journey. I started with Brett's chiropractic level two service. My appointments take longer and we adjust every little thing so that I am fully optimized for movement and life. After a couple of years of steady improvement, my appetite for even more led me to personal training with Alyssa. I am a wisened old Yoda when it comes to studying movement with teachers (5000+ hrs). Alyssa's technique will one day take its place with everything you have heard of: Alexander, Feldenkreis, Pilates, etc. I recruited an extended team from 4 Points to work with my 96-year-old father. Everyone else gave up on him because, meh -- old. Hear my lion's roar! 4 Points will back you, support you, reinforce your will and give you the sweet, sweet opportunity to know everyone who told you it's hopeless was so wrong. If your body/mind/spirit has a stuck place and your helper's technique isn't unsticking it, they will collaborate across disciplines to overcome the block because they trust each other. They make the journey better and it brings the results you requested. If you ever wanted to try a new (potentially slightly unusual) sort of help, this is the place to find a practitioner that will give the full experience of that modality.
