Really neat store with a nice variety of collectibles. They've got discount boxes of comic books, the rarer ones behind the register, and video games too. Keep your eyes peeled for action figures, model kits, statues, and even vintage stuff too! Last I was here, they also had a Batman sketch cover for sale for a really good price. But ultimately I walked away with 2 classic comics. The workers are really nice and they know what they're talking about. If I'm ever in the area again I'll definitely swing by once more! read more

I have never been so disgusted by a racist closing business than with level up entertainment. They not only disrespected me and my wife to the upmost way .even with other customers around. Not only is their customer service so horrible. We have never disrespected any body ever in our lives. All we have done was asking a question if that was the correct pricing. due to them trying to screw you before with purchases I have bought adding more pricingwith the pricing before... and I believe it was the owner or one of the owners. Almost put me in a bad spot. If you work retail. Do not be ignorant to a person who is constantly in your store spending money. the attitude was never needed. From the staff especially. Good riddance to bad rubbis. Everyone was so disrespectful. All except the one employee. the employee with the blonde short hair and glasses. She was awesome. read more

just left level up entertainment in the Hamilton Mall horrible horrible, horrible horrible horrible service every single time we go in that place. They have nothing but bad ass attitude and that's not counting the girl with the s short blonde hair and glasses. She was always very sweet, but the rest of those guys in there, especially the one we just dealt with today was a jerk and a half because we asked about the price that we were about to spend he started making up things we left them hanging this and that we've never dealt with this guy so glad they're closing goodbye rubbish they deserve to close! read more

VERY CLEAN AND FULL OF ACTION FIGURES/COMICS: I have no real qualms about being upfront here, I visited on my way back to Maryland and stopped into the mall pretty much right at open. The store is very nice- very clean, jam-packed with figures, toys, games, and comics. I am an avid collector of games and run a store myself, but I can be honest and give credit where and when it is due. PRICING: The pricing is pretty much on the nose. I don't expect a soup kitchen as they need to pay high rent in the mall, but I think there pricing is right on it. I may be wrong but they may not get too many older GEN games in as their prices there were a little higher. INVENTORY: I would say the inventory is broken down to 55% action figures and toys, 35% video games, and 10% comics. Of the video games that are offered I would say 60% is PS1 to XBOXONE/PS4, and while they have a nice variety of NES SNES SEGA, their more rare items are somewhat scarce. Now, this could be because when it comes in they sell it quick without any real competition but, just relaying what I saw. STAFF: Was greeted when I came in by the guy working, appreciated it. Asked the guy if they get in trades- "Yep. Everyday." Would come back, I really REALLY REALLY! wanted to buy something, just wasn't there for me personally this trip. read more

This is the place where I go to pick up my comic books on a weekly basis, and I also do a good amount (85%) of my video game shopping here as well. The staff is very courteous and knowledgable about everything they sell and visiting them is always fun. As great as it is having a quality comic book shop in the area there's another spot where this shop shines: retro gaming. Thanks I things like Nintendo's virtual console, as well as the occasional hipster, retro is in again and there's a market for it. Not only does the shop sell used retro systems (when they get them as trade-ins) but they also sell clone consoles that have become a hot new things, including the Retron 5. The store also sells used games as well as original used controllers and new aftermarket ones for a great variety of the retro systems people have come to love. I tend to look for graphic novels. Super helpful staff and if they don't have what I'm looking for they can order it. I was impressed with the turnaround time for their special orders and their availability of vintage toys & video games. I always stop in to say hi when I'm in the mall.
