My wife and I had the absolute pleasure of eating at Levante. We decided to eat at this location since it's the original...his son runs the other location in Valencia. To say the food and the service were great is an understatement. Rafael made us feel right at home and easily made this our best meal and service experience on our 10 city trek through Spain. I had read about him and his paella online and I can honestly it's all true! Run here don't walk :) On a side note...Jose Andres flies him out once a year to make Paella in one of his 17 restaurants in the US...it's that good. read more
