I was a client here at Calospa Rejuvenation Center in Louisville Ky for 20+years, so on December…read more5th 2023..I decided to have a MORPHEUS8 PROCEDURE..little did I know that this procedure would change my life forever, Ashely Hatfield was the provider that did this procedure on me , she used a needle depth setting of 3mm under my eyelids & my whole face even tho her knowing that this setting was for the butt & thighs..A month later my face was severely damaged in where both sides was caved in..I go back to this facility to explain my situation & they never wanted to admit any wrong doing..I even asked for my medical records and they denied me of them , so I had to get an attorney to get my medical records & then six months later when I received them they were falsified..this facility covered up everything, and they never fired her ..so after knowing I wouldnt go back to this facility..I decided to go to MAY'S Plastic Surgery Center in Louisville Ky, I explained to Dr Chet Mays in what had happened to my face & he infact knew Ashely Hatfield because he worked with her at Calospa before he opened up his own practice..So he decided for me to have rounds of Sculptra to restore my face..So I go back a month later to find out that Dr Mays hired Ashely Hatfield to work for his practice..BOY : if this wasn't a slap in my face..so I'm on this site in letting the would know do not go to these facility's..I was treated like a DOG by both facility's..I just want to say I've paid out over 18,000 in trying to restore my face & I still don't look like myself because of the severe damages & the facial fat loss that Ashley did to me..This procedure has Runied my life & my family in where I don't want to go out in Public & my Kids & Husband has suffered tremendous in the pain I carry..This procedure has Runied me Emotionally and Physically and Mentally..So please to the public if you around this woman and if she has it out for you, she will damage you like she did me..because I've took my before & after photos of morpheus8 and I've shown other plastic surgeons on what she's done to me & they tell me that this was PURE NEGLIGENCE on Ashely Hatfield part..so becareful in who you can trust..

My cheeks had them, sideburns and nose had them and I had red dots on my forehead that wouldn't go away. I was at the point to where I didn't want to look at myself in the mirror. She changed that feeling! It's been a week since my treatment and my veins and red spots are gone! I still have a few stragglers, but I already have an appointment to clear those up. She was thorough, talked me through the entire process and gave me hope that she was going to fix my issues. VOSKRESENSKY I cannot describe the doctor as anything but a sadist. I saw him once for a consult. I saw him again when I was being prepped for surgery. He stood in the doorway, with a smirk on his face as I cried (I wasn't told I'd have general anesthesia until I was already shaved and in a nightgown) as they stuck 4 IV ports, including an arterial, and sneered, "Well, I told you this might happen, remember?" I wasn't emotionally prepared for this and was terrified. He didn't make "rounds" or call to check on me. No call. Not once has he asked how I'm doing, feeling, having problems, etc. I was discharged by a woman who told me I'd never see her at the office as she only did discharging rounds. She went to the computer, typed in information, said she was giving a me a script for hydrocodone, and that if there was leakage of the mesh, it wouldn't matter because I'd probably not outlive the problem and they wouldn't do anything about it anyway. When "scheduling" called me two weeks later for a follow up scan, I said I want to do it in Danville (1 1/2 away) and she said it was inconvenient for them ---that she (gasp!) would have to make a phone call. I reminded her the 1st scan I had was done in Danville. She handed me over to the the Director MS. MESA QUANDRY, who said she'd talk to "scheduling." I also told her there was no need for me to see Dr. "V" again, as he could read the test results and call me if there was a problem, saving me a trip post-surgery. Then Dr. "V" called me, not to check on me, but to berate me! He also referenced a doctor I had seen at UK med center, and that I didn't like him either. I told him that Dr. Lee had left UK and taken a job elsewhere. (I have the letter from UK telling me that and asking me if I wanted to see another doctor there, but, Dr. "V" didn't know that, or if he did, tried to paint my concerns as 'not liking him.') He then demanded that I go to their service provider for an ultrasound the morning before I kept my appointment with him. ( I was asked to rate Dr. Lee, confidentially, and I said he seemed a little timid about doing a surgery, and that was over three years ago!) DO NOT BELIEVE MEDICAL FACILITIES WHEN THEY SAY YOUR OPINION IS KEPT CONFIDENTIAL --IT'S A LIE. IT GOES INTO YOUR MEDICAL RECORD ---OBVIOUSLY. I will never speak to this man again. He's a sadist. Steer clear of him and his employer. And the Director said she'd call me ---she never did. Now they want me to sign up for their health portal. In a pig's eye! Not ever dealing with these cruel incompetents.

I have also been sick from the pain. wound is open and oozing. contacted them, they wouldn't allow me to see anyone in London office. saw 2 nurse practitioners in Richmond. they were not helpful. out of desperation my husband called the London office. they sent his call to Lexington. they were extremely rude. an office manager called and said she would have someone from London office call us. the lady called, didn't identify herself but said I need to go to pcp for the pain and discomfort. husband explained again they caused the pain. my primary care doctor cannot help me. he asked that the doctor see me. the lady said he couldn't see me or call as he was in their other office this week. made no sense. I'm sure the office had a phone. I then called back the office manager and left a detailed message begging for help with the pain. it's been a week. I've had no return call.
